03/09/2025: A wonderful discovery! A restaurant in the heart of Valpolicella, convenient parking, and easy to get to. High-quality, beautifully presented dishes. An extensive wine list, with several vintage gems (we tasted a Russiz Superiore 2013 Collio Friulano, a true oenological marvel!). If available, try the duck breast: sublime! 👍🏻 The service is impeccable, from the menu presentation to the sommelier's recommendations. Reservations are highly recommended. 👍🏻

29/08/2025: An extremely positive lunch experience. The welcome, even late at night, was friendly and helpful. The first courses and desserts were very good. It would definitely be worth extending the experience to include the second courses and wine tasting.

Perhaps, if we really wanted to make an observation, to continue improving, I'd suggest removing any flour residue from the base where the pizza is cooked, otherwise it looks like it's burnt, but it isn't.... Anyway, well done.

01/06/2025: unforgettable experience!!! place immersed in a vast area between vineyards and olive trees where peace reigns supreme. great food and clean rooms with new furnishings!! pool area organized with bar space kind, cordial, friendly and professional staff. we also did the wine tasting, with a visit to the cellar with Mrs. Luciana who enchanted us with her stories related to the origins of the company. experience to do I recommend👍

11/08/2025: Delicious food in a stunning setting – Dai Fradei in Molina If you're in Molina, you should definitely stop by Dai Fradei. The pizza here is simply delicious – crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and perfectly cooked. The prices are also absolutely fair, so you can eat not only well, but also affordably. The restaurant is idyllically located in the small town of Molina, just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful waterfalls. It's the perfect place to stop after a hike and end the day with good food. The atmosphere is cozy and informal, the service friendly and attentive – you immediately feel welcome. A real insider tip for anyone who wants to enjoy good Italian food in an authentic setting. We'll definitely be back!

17/08/2025: First of all, the welcome was very warm and perfect, the family breakfast was very good, the first and second courses were top-notch, 👏🏻 in short... excellent dinner, luckily pampered by a divinely cool breeze. Another detail... also pampered by the blue color of the pool next to the room. Last but not least, the property's wine cellar is exceptional. The surrounding countryside is beautiful. The owner and staff were very kind and patient, high level of professionalism, everyone was great 👏🏻

28/07/2025: Un’ottima scoperta a Fumane Ci è stata consigliata questa osteria e possiamo dire di esserne rimasti piacevolmente colpiti. L’accoglienza è stata calorosa, il servizio cordiale e al tempo stesso estremamente professionale. La cucina si è rivelata eccellente, con piatti ben curati e ricchi di sapore. Ottimi anche i vini, scelti e consigliati con competenza. Senza dubbio un posto in cui torneremo volentieri alla nostra prossima visita a Fumane.

20/07/2025: First off the host off this establishment alone is a great reason to go and eat here. All the staff was extremely friendly and humorous. The location is great being right in the middle of the beautiful town of Fumane between the local vineyards. The Osteria is a rather old building packed with Italian flare, even featuring a pet parrot. The food was delicious, I got the tortelloni with burrata and butter sauce and let me tell you the texture and taste of this dish was sublime, with the bread crumbs being the cherry on top. I then got braised Ox cheek, which probably was one of the most tender meats I ate in my life. The atmosphere was great with locals coming to eat here and all in all just having a good time. I certainly want to return to eat here and recommend this Osteria to people looking to taste delicious seasonal Italian cuisine in the heart of Valpolicella.

17/06/2025: This place is fantastic! I would call it genuine both for the location and for the food. We left super full, with a selection of hot and cold vegetable-based appetizers, a first course, second course and dessert. Everything was extremely good, healthy and different from the usual proposals of Veronese restaurants. I give applause to the waitress: very kind and punctual in the description of each course. The view of the city and the climate make everything very romantic and intimate. The price is also excellent! I highly recommend it.

09/05/2025: Katerina and her team are fantastic, beautiful place and good food. I recommend everyone even just to drink an aperitif in the fully stocked chisco bar which is near the super TOP car park.

20/07/2025: Trattoria with slightly dated furnishings and shabby tablecloths, but everything is clean. The service is excellent and friendly. The menu is traditional. We had tagliatelle with ragu and pork loin with tuna sauce. Everything is very good. The kitchen uses a wonderful wood-burning fireplace. The bill? For two first courses and two second courses, water, wine, and coffee, it's €44. Excellent.
