Oh well, 😃 we found it by chance online, and the photo of the terrace immediately captivated us. You arrive and find yourself in a 1970s-era tavern, with a beautiful pergola and a few quirky tables. The menu is captivating with tasty options; we wanted to try everything! Not to mention the desserts, which are "over the top" in terms of both deliciousness and... portion size. 😂 The great thing about this place is that it's open all day and no one turns you away, no one pesters you if you want more, etc. We also really liked the background music, which isn't loud or intrusive. As specified on the menu, you don't have to come here in a rush to eat; everything has its own pace and time. While you wait, you can enjoy a nice glass of wine and have a nice chat, read a book, or the newspaper. In short, this isn't a place to eat and run; you come here to stay at the table for as long as you want. The staff is friendly, and we immediately struck up a fun conversation. At the end of the day I'll come back again😃🤩☺️😜🤪😂

Finally a real tavern with artisanal products!!

We discovered this place by chance for a coffee and loved the atmosphere and the friendly staff so much that we returned the next day for lunch. Reservations are recommended as seating is limited. The menu is extensive (perhaps too extensive) and definitely not cheap. First courses are served in double portions, so the price is also double (about €30). The chili pepper pasta we had was very good and creamy because the pasta is cooked directly in the sauce, not in the water. The side dish of potatoes, onions, and speck was original and flavorful. The wild boar bites had too much oil, but maybe that's a matter of taste. The prices are decidedly high for an osteria, but in line with the quality and type of products offered. The sore point is the wait, even though some dishes indicate a long wait, but an hour for a first course seems excessive to me. It's certainly a beautiful, characteristic, old-fashioned place run by special people, but it's worth trying very slowly and knowing you'll be paying a non-osteria bill for dishes that you may or may not enjoy at all.

I'd already been to the outdoor terrace a few times for a beer or a fruit juice, accompanied by some amazing meatballs. Today we decided to try lunch as well. The first thing that struck me was the homey atmosphere: it felt like entering someone's private home, with unique and refined furnishings. The background music also contributed to a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. But let's get to the dishes: we had the struncatura with tastasal and bruscandoli. A little too spicy for my taste, but truly excellent and succulent. Not to mention the side vegetables: amazing beans all'uccelletto, potatoes with divine caramelized onion, and sublime sautéed cabbage. All washed down with an excellent Valpolicella Superiore. We'll definitely be back to try other dishes.

Found by chance while driving around the area in our camper. A very beautiful and welcoming place. The food was delicious, and the owner was friendly and explained the preparation process very well, especially the top-quality ingredients. If you're passing through, stop by; you won't regret it.

If you're in the Valpolicella area... perhaps near Negrar... stop by the Osteria! I assure you, you won't regret it!!!

I can't find the right words to describe this wonderful place... the quality of the products is magnificent. The platter we ordered was FABULOUS, accompanied by excellent glasses of Malvasia and Amarone. I recommend the Tenerina cake, it melts in your mouth. Two wonderful, kind, and professional people work at this osteria. We had a great time and will definitely be back. I highly recommend it. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

I went for lunch with friends and we loved it. The osteria is original and colorful on the outside. Inside, the atmosphere is vintage and very welcoming, it feels like being in a home. The owners are very kind and pleasant, and their passion for their craft shines through. The burning stove pampered us the entire time. The pasta was plentiful and flavorful, the appetizer they offered us while we waited for the main course was delicious, as was the "cloud" dessert...a delight. I will definitely be back in the summer to try the outdoor seating. I recommend it!!
