13/08/2025: We had a reservation for two people for last night (Tuesday). The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were friendly, but it was a shame about the wait: the order was taken at 8:18 PM and the pizzas were served at 9:25 PM, after asking for information. The answer was that the kitchen hadn't realized they needed to prepare them. After an hour of waiting, unfortunately, the pizzas arrived raw, with the mozzarella still not fully melted. The waitress, very kind, apologized several times; seeing the leftover pizzas, she asked us why, and we explained. We decided to finish with dessert and coffee anyway. When it came time to get the bill, there was no gesture of courtesy or discount, not even a token one, for the mix-up and the subpar service. We all have a bad night, but when the problem is acknowledged, you expect more than a simple apology. Finally, checking the receipt, we noticed: 500 ml of water on tap was €1.50, and 750 ml of bottled water was €2.80. A bit surprising, but otherwise the prices were normal.

14/09/2025: Would you recommend it? No. The rooms are clean and recently renovated, but that's where the good points end. Stayed August 18-23. We were notified only the day before arrival that the air conditioning was out of order and, more importantly, had no idea when it would be restored. Neither in the rooms nor in the common areas. The only relief was a table fan in the room. Breakfast and dinner are served in an attic room, accessible only by one flight of stairs. We pointed out that, having an elderly person with a cane, it would be difficult and we would have appreciated using the tables on the lower level, where external ramps are convenient. This wasn't possible; only restaurant guests are served there, not half-board guests, a boundary that's insurmountable even for those with obvious physical needs. It's pointless to discuss the temperature in the attic room given the lack of air conditioning. The half-board menu doesn't include any vegetarian options: for our son (a vegetarian), we asked if there were any legumes, and they dutifully offered us chickpea hummus...which they then tried to charge for. Last, but not least, was breakfast. It was poor and of truly low quality: cappuccino only from a vending machine, with a chemical taste, just like the juices. Only a few pieces of everything, eggs and bacon that weren't fresh, limited selection, and refills were made with a dropper. We politely asked for real cappuccinos from the bar counter, rather than from the vending machine, and they were charged for them. From the second day, despite having already paid for half-board, we preferred to have breakfast across the street, where there's an excellent pastry shop and pizzeria with delightful staff.

13/08/2025: Beautiful pizzeria with a large playground for children. Very good pizza, light dough, and excellent ingredients. Service can be slow when it's busy, and could use some improvement, but the atmosphere and the pizza make up for it.

13/08/2025: Funghi pasta was amazing. The hostess was quite friendly despite the language gap.
