18/01/2025: It's not a bad location, very good ice cream and decidedly innovative flavours. Unfortunately there is always a long queue and the prices are prohibitive. If it were possible to have good prices it would be 5 stars.

This experience was not only disheartening but also far below the standard I would expect from a brand of Gucci’s stature. During my visit, I encountered shockingly poor customer service. Despite being a paying customer, I was blatantly ignored by their staff and treated with a lack of respect and racist. Their behavior I experienced left me feeling humiliated and devalued, as it appeared to be influenced by my appearance or background. Gucci positions itself as a symbol of luxury and inclusivity, yet my experience suggested otherwise. The unprofessionalism and apparent bias exhibited by the staff are completely unacceptable and do not align with the values that Gucci claims to uphold. To provide some context, I recently visited a Prada store, where I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. Their team created an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere, which led me to make significant purchases. This comparison highlights the significant disparity in customer experience between Gucci and one of its competitors. As a long-time admirer of Gucci’s products and values, I urge you to take this matter seriously. Instances of discrimination, whether intentional or inadvertent, damage not only the brand’s reputation but also its relationship with loyal customers. I recommend that Gucci reassess its staff training programs, emphasizing respect, professionalism, and inclusivity. I believe every customer deserves to feel valued and respected.

23/12/2024: A week earlier I had contacted the place to book a table for 8 people for my sister's birthday. Arriving at 6.30pm on Monday, I found the place quite crowded and without free tables. I was told, in an unkind manner, that they don't accept reservations on Mondays because the nearby bars are closed. Despite the inconvenience, we were asked to wait, being assured that the first available table would be prepared for us. However, reluctantly, we decided to change location, saddened by the management of the situation. I'm very sorry, because since it was my sister's birthday, it would have been important to receive more respectful and attentive treatment.

27/12/2024: Today we ended up here a bit by chance, fleeing from the confusion of the outlet and intrigued by the good reviews that I feel like signing up for. Excellent fish dishes (soup, croaker and fried fish) and good advice for wine. Dishes prepared and served hot (which is not a given). The cost of the dishes is around 25 euros and for me it's worth it. Few tables and fast service. We will be back!

We tried vegan/vegetarian dishes, excellent food quality and generous portions. Attentive and attentive service with kindness towards customers that makes the difference. We really appreciated it.
