24/08/2024: Let's start with the evaluation; The menu and the quality of the food are 5 stars, excellent products and perfect preparation 5 star service, professional staff, very attentive to table service, kind and courteous The environment, given the definition of an tavern, deserves four 1/2 stars, five for the plas that the chef gives you, with a visit to the table for indications on the courses. The welcome is almost familiar, we are seated at the table, we are greeted first by very kind waitresses; once we had received the menus, collected the drink orders, the chef joined us and presented us with some dishes not on the menu, speaking to us with courtesy and attention on how they are prepared, but at the same time, paying attention as if we were invited to dinner in his house .... Well done. We took advantage of the instructions received and "dived" (there were 4 of us at the table) into two appetizers, an amazing porchetta and a platter of mixed cold cuts with a few pieces of cheese, really very good, served on wooden cutting boards, so to speak. , made like those of the past, where they poured the polenta. I take advantage of the chef's kindness and treat myself to a dish that takes me back in time and flavours, to the country tables of the upper Treviso area...... Pasta and beans with radicchio here the rating is with praise and I I also allow you to post a photo, brought for two people. Let's take a grilled mixed meat of superior quality and cooking, beans with onion and fried potatoes cut with a mandolin and passed in cold water to remove the starch. We dine with a house wine, a slightly sparkling rabosello that cleanses the palate without taking away the flavor of the dishes. We couldn't help but treat ourselves to dessert too; a creamy, non-sickening tiramisu, a very good strudel and two slices of colomba with Bronte pistachio cream, large portions. One liter of sparkling water; two coffees brought to the table with 4 chocolates filled with hazelnut cream, flavored with Amarone grappa, one last cuddle..... The courses are generous, the quality of the products, the preparation and the chef give full marks. The paid bill of 36 euros each reflects the honesty and courtesy you will find at Osteria Pavan. Whether you are passing through while traveling along the provincial road between Capo Sile and Jesolo or whether you intend to stop for lunch or dinner, I recommend you try this culinary experience, you will surely return. More than a year and a half have passed since my first visit to Pavan's tavern and what was offered, if there was any need, has improved even more. Excellent cuisine and service worthy of the venue always deserve praise.

13/08/2024: Very kind Staff, they looked happy to help us with tools and spares for our loosen cleats and an air pump for our punctured tyres. Free water tap for refreshing and re-filling water bottles. Great drinks for a quick recharge. There should be more places like this one on the Sile Greenway.

25/08/2024: We had a beautiful 5 nights stay in August 2024, we reserved through booking, but I recommend you reserve directly with the hotel. The room was very nice, clean, high quality furniture and bed, with comfortable mattress and pillows. The bathroom was clean, modern, functional. If you want towels to be taken there are instructions saying to leave them on the floor. The shampoo/shower gel & hand soap are good quality, we even bought a shower gel for 10€. The breakfast was delicious, a wide range of options and it costs 10€ / person / day (a fair price) You could choose from: omelette, ham, cheese, mozzarella, croissants (with butter and with cream/fruit fillings or pistachio filling), various fresh juice options, boiled eggs, bruschete, pancakes with various jam options or Nutella. Also, there were different cakes to choose from, freshly cut fruit, au gratin vegetables, etc. The receptionists were very helpful, giving all the necessary information to get around. A very special thanks to Denise who I could speak Dutch with, you made our stay very good, but also to all of the staff! Definitely a good option for next summer if they keep their good practices and prices.

05/07/2024: Very good and atmospheric pizzeria. The pizza is cooked in a wood-fired oven. Tasty, atmospheric and most importantly for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

03/09/2024: Siamo stati in questo locale casualmente, stavamo tornando dall'austra e abbiamo trovato casualmente cercando una alternativa senza glutine per mia figlia celiaca. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, cortesia e piatti stupendi, degno di nota il fegato alla veneziana buonissimo. Se ripasserò da quelle parti sicuramente ci ritornerò. Spesa contenuta.
