24/02/2025: It was a pleasant surprise. You are welcomed into an unsophisticated environment with a warm atmosphere. Well placed tables, ours for eight people was perfect. The owners immediately empathize with customers and their family approach takes nothing away from an accurate and efficient service. We ate fish chosen à la carte and were fully satisfied, dishes beautiful to look at and taste, generous portions. Sometimes you don't need to travel kilometers to find a good restaurant.

15/04/2025: When I was little we called it "Caramea" then over the years it evolved and now it is called Trattoria alla Laguna. The environment is totally different from how I remembered it with a large room with well-arranged tables with enough space. Beyond there is an external veranda and covered outdoor tables. The service is sufficient, friendly waiters. Some of the dishes were good, others needed to be reviewed: the polenta with schie is not like that, in fact it was peeled prawns and polenta; the abundant but cold boiled meat; good mussels with clams and capa santa; first courses not ordered, grilling and frying discreet; good desserts. I have to complain about the bill, as when booking I was told that since it was evening it wasn't worth making one because I paid less on the card, however, this wasn't the case. The proposed menu was €37 with an encore of first courses. I paid €42 without the first courses. Another is the receipt which is not detailed (which should be a must in a restaurant), in order to be able to properly evaluate how the accounts were made and to be able to dispute if necessary. The next time I go I hope to find things sorted out, otherwise the stars will go down.🧐🧐🧐🧐🧐

13/04/2025: I'm sorry about this review, I've frequented this place for years but today everything went badly... Maybe they changed the chef, but I have never eaten so badly in any restaurant or rather trattoria. Rude waiters, not up to the standards of a restaurant, who reply to your requests. An anecdote, a sachet of towel fell, after 40 minutes and still there, after the 3 waiters in the room looked at it continuously as they passed.... I'm sorry, but my failure remains forever... Highly not recommended, I will definitely not come again....

15/02/2025: Love this place, the food is phenomenal! There's a lot of vegetarian options. The servers are super nice and helpful! We will definitely get back.

26/01/2025: Mira is a small town in Italy that I visited on a bullet weekend tour for shopping purposes. The town's name is a combination of my wife's MIHO and my daughter's RIRA. The restaurant at the hotel we stayed at had a surprise ``tiramisu SHOW'' after the meal, although there were about 6 groups of customers as it was off-season. It was a comfortable restaurant where I felt a great sense of hospitality, with the Camellier serving each table and controlling the overall atmosphere. There are many high-end restaurants, but it was at this moment that I once again realized that being able to enjoy a meal in a relaxed manner is more important than feeling the tension that stretches your spine.

21/03/2025: As soon as we arrived, we were sent the menu on WhatsApp—without much explanation. An unprofessional detail already. The various types of meat were explained to us quickly and without any attention, and no one bothered to tell us how it could be served or cooked. No questions about cooking, no explanation about any heated plates: just meat brought to the table almost raw, which in 2-3 minutes had cooled down and become rubbery and difficult to eat. Only at the end of the dinner were we asked how it had gone. We politely pointed out the problem of the cold meat and the difficulty in eating it, but instead of a minimum of professionalism or an apology, we received a contemptuous and annoyed response: we were told, with obvious arrogance, that we were the only ones who had complained about it. The owner, instead of trying to remedy the situation, thought it best to make the situation worse with a rude and irritating attitude, implying that it was our problem and not the restaurant's. Only then were we told that we could ask for a heated plate—too bad no one had bothered to inform us beforehand. In addition to the poor quality of the experience, the bill was decidedly high, making it all the more absurd. If you are looking for a restaurant where you feel welcomed, respected and served with professionalism, this is not the place for you.

22/02/2025: Today February 22nd ordered a pizza for home delivery it was supposed to arrive at 8.15am delivered at 8.45am...hence frozen pizza.. phone from customer explaining my reasons, the receptionist lady was trying to justify (I don't know what) compliments, I don't know if this has already happened to anyone else...

15/02/2025: Very good and well-stuffed takeaway pizzas. Possibility to choose between classic or organic dough (such as spelled, kamut, wholemeal, etc.). I really appreciate the fact that there are pizzas with seasonal ingredients prepared by them (such as pumpkin cream, asparagus, sbrise, broccoli, broccoli, etc.). I really liked the little gift that was given to me on Valentine's Day (two little hearts made with pizza dough filled with chocolate). Convenient app for ordering. Punctual home deliveries. I highly recommend!!

30/03/2025: It's a guarantee!!! Perfect for a quick breakfast, but also to be pampered by the welcoming and familiar environment! The sweet preparations are always delicious! I had the opportunity to book sweet and savory dishes from them for my son's birthday party and all the guests enjoyed everything and were very satisfied! The staff is exceptional: always available to meet the needs of customers (including those who are a pain in the ass like me! 🤪)

22/02/2025: Last night we organized a surprise party for my husband's 60th at Cicchetteria A Na Certa, and I must say that it was a truly unforgettable evening! 🎉 The restaurant offers a wonderful selection of spritzes, cicchetti and cold cuts that won us over from the first taste. The food was excellent, with fresh, high quality meats. We also organized the parcel game with all our friends, and we had a lot of fun! Special thanks go to the staff, who were really kind and helpful throughout the evening, helping to make the atmosphere even more pleasant. I highly recommend Cicchetteria A Na Certa for anyone who wants to spend a fun and tasty evening with friends and family. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
