Pizza Mari' In Trevignano

Excellent quality dough, tasty pizzas, friendly and helpful staff, fair prices. I recommend it 😃

The pizza is good, but the service isn't at all. There were already problems with the delivery another time... This evening, after a 20-minute delay, I called for information and discovered that the pizzas had been delivered to the wrong address... They arrived after another ten minutes, freezing, and neither the delivery guy—to whom I immediately reported it—nor the girl on the phone (when I later called back) offered any way to apologize... In situations like these, very little would be enough (e.g., free pizzas or a discount, or a free gift next time, the classic thing all pizzerias do when they make a mistake...). Customer service needs a complete overhaul!
