Very rude waiters except for one guy...
Dishes are literally thrown at the table.
The menu is sparse, orders are forgotten for ages.
I don't think we'll be back!
Not recommended!!!!!
Oh, and I won't comment on the (live) painted dog at the cash register!

22/10/2025: I was there with my family a few days ago and was pleasantly surprised by the warm yet professional welcome. The atmosphere was comfortable and spotlessly clean! We wanted to try some gourmet pizzas... they were simply fantastic, not to mention the dough: light, crispy, and leavened for over 80 hours, making the pizzas unique. The ingredients are carefully selected and top-quality. However, seeing the amazing and inviting pasta dishes coming out of the kitchen, I'll be curious to try them next time! Finally, the place also has a kids' area! What can I say... Pizzeria da Max HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you're not looking for the usual restaurant but are looking for good cuisine with true and authentic flavors! 🔝😋👍

15/12/2025: No real-time updates on any midday closures like they have been this month. OPEN ONLY IN THE EVENINGS WHILE THE WEBSITE SAYS IT'S OPEN. I WALKED IN THE AIR FOR NO WAY.
THE SAME THING HAPPENED TODAY. THEY DON'T UPDATE THE WEBSITE AND PEOPLE WALK AROUND FOR NO WAY. I'M NOT GOING ANYMORE.

27/12/2025: Even during the holidays, when the wait can be inevitable! The pizzas are excellent. The wait times are indicated when booking. The pizza is absolutely easy to digest, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. In my opinion, the best in the area!
23/12/2025: Unfortunately, I have to give it one star.
I find it unacceptable, these days, to leave a place and wash all your clothes because they smell of fried food, grilled food, or cooking.
I'm sorry, because, all things considered, the food, prices, and service weren't bad. But if I have to go home and change before a possible night out, or throw everything in the washing machine (and I mean everything, jacket, jeans, T-shirts, etc.), then NO.
Take this as advice to improve your experience there.
We had dinner inside last night.

01/12/2025: Ask the lady at the cashier for a cappuccino and hot coffee, because I don't like them lukewarm. She doesn't even tell the guy at the coffee machine, and in fact it tasted like broth. But what do you have to do to get them hot? They don't even pay attention to you, total indifference. What a shame.

14/12/2024: Non vengono accettate prenotazioni perciò c'è da avere un po' di pazienza. Per ingannare l'attesa abbiamo bevuto una birra e nel frattempo il proprietario ci ha offerto una frittura mista. Panini ottimi con ingredienti di qualità. Birra belga favolosa anche se con alta gradazione alcolica. Servizio veloce e cortese.
Nota negativa è che abbiamo dovuto pagare in contanti. Dentro il locale non prende il telefono.
04/10/2024: Locale semplice, vintage; bravi e veloci nel servizio, tempi celeri, ottima e croccante la frittura di ogni tipo, dalle patatine, alle ascolane ecc. Ottime le birre alla spina, cibo buonissimo, soprattutto il club sandwich: abbondante con ingredienti di ottima qualità. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono .
