24/04/2026: Everything is always delicious... Friendly staff

02/04/2026: I'd been to this pizzeria many years ago, and recently returned for takeout pizzas, which is why I gave it 4 stars. I'll reserve the 5 for a future visit and eat in. Anyway, they were very good, well-cooked, and well-topped. The only negative is the pizza with fries. At a pizzeria that only does takeout, it's normal to find pre-cooked fries and then tossed them on top of the pizza during cooking for timing reasons, but at a restaurant with a fully functioning kitchen, I've always found fries fried at the last minute and tossed on top of the pizza at the end. The way they make them, they lose their crispiness and seem overcooked when they get home, sealed in the cardboard.

17/05/2026: The ingredients are more than adequate... but the pizza cooking needs a complete overhaul... 2 freshly baked pizzas, and in my opinion, they didn't even rise much... And the Nutella pizza, completely raw, not even baked... At home, I had to bake it for 20 minutes to be edible...

19/01/2026: Excellent pizzeria with a wide selection of doughs: even the classic version is truly delicious. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The flavors vary seasonally, which makes for a consistently interesting experience. The option to order online is also very convenient.

22/03/2026: Biancade's historic bar, run by talented and friendly young people, with special mention to the legendary Giacomo C, a cocktail and gin expert! There's also a billiards table for enthusiasts.

12/03/2026: Change this damn waitress or whatever her name is, she's super unpleasant, unprofessional and doesn't know how to deal with customers... the bar is nice but the staff inside aren't (I'm talking about the elderly lady aged 35) I won't go back again.

09/05/2026: At the beginning of the evening, we saw the staff arguing among themselves about seating, even raising their voices a bit. Honestly, it wasn't the best first impression, but that was probably due to the large crowd. We came to eat there without a reservation, so we had a bit of a wait, but that was understandable. After a short while, we were seated, and the staff, overall, was quite friendly. Furthermore, the owner was attentive and helpful, even asking us several times how our dinner was going, which was certainly appreciated. The pizzas, however, were decent, but small and lacking in toppings. I had a €10.50 sausage and fries, but there was very little mozzarella and very few fries: honestly, the pizza didn't match the price paid, neither in quantity nor quality. The tiramisu, on the other hand, convinced me and was probably the best part of the dinner. The only flaw, in my opinion, was the lack of attention to the presentation of the dish. Overall, I still give it a passing grade: not a terrible experience, but there are several aspects that could be improved, especially regarding organization, portions, and value for money.
