12/10/2025: Excellent experience, very good food, nice wine list, very friendly staff, welcoming place. Beans, roots, and lard, a traditional dish, hard to find and made here with great skill. Excellent tartar, as was the rib eye steak. What can I say...see you soon!!!

12/10/2025: Fantastic experience 💞 Sublime tartare, beans, radicchio, and lard—a traditional dish you won't find anywhere else, and worth the visit on its own. The rib-eye steak was fantastic, shared between two of us, and they brought us two plates with side dishes for each. The attention to detail for the customer is certainly not lacking, and the wine list is more than excellent. Always courteous service in an elegant but not at all pretentious atmosphere, you feel at home. Thank you, thank you, thank you, we'll be back for the tasting menu. ❤️

07/11/2025: A lovely little restaurant to stop for lunch after the cave tour. We went for lunch and had the chef prepare a tasting menu of various fish dishes. The dishes were well-crafted with interesting combinations and well-presented flavors. I must say that by the end I was quite full and enjoyed the last few dishes less. It's worth a visit.

14/08/2025: A pleasant surprise!! We've known the Hotel Calvi for years: Flora and Alfredo make you feel at home! This year we dined at the Mainor restaurant; impeccable service, particularly polite and knowledgeable staff. The four of us had: scallop ceviche, meagre tartare, perfect "scarpetta" (a type of bread) to dip your tortillas in, basil tagliatelle with raw scampi, and aged Parmesan risotto with aged balsamic vinegar. The dishes were prepared with care and skill, but above all, originality and imagination. As for the taste, there's nothing to complain about: a spectacle of flavors that slowly, one by one, unfold in your mouth... I don't usually take photos of dishes, but this strawberry, this dessert, was truly worth it. I won't say anything else so as not to spoil the surprise.

21/09/2025: Truly an exceptional place, out of the ordinary, an agriturismo just like when they were born, excellent food with carefully prepared and essential recipes, friendly, fast and precise service. Today they hosted us in the little house next to the main restaurant, very intimate and sheltered from the air. Thank you.

11/11/2025: Good food and a warm welcome. I had the impression that the portions had decreased over the years. The pastries weren't up to par with the rest.

26/10/2025: Truly excellent food with more than adequate portions at a very reasonable price. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a mountain cabin. The staff is courteous and very quick in serving despite the constant busyness of the place. On weekends, reservations are essential, otherwise it's impossible to find a table.
