28/04/2026: We returned to this historic trattoria, located in an old farmhouse near the Grave del Piave River, a must-see for those seeking Cimadolmo white asparagus. The atmosphere is rustic, and the service is exceptionally fast, which is always a plus.
Dinner focused entirely on seasonal produce: we tried interesting appetizers and then the classics, risotto and eggs with asparagus, both executed perfectly. A special mention goes to the asparagus ice cream: a delightful idea, creamy, and perfect for ending the meal with an original touch.
There are, however, a couple of practical issues to consider. The acoustics in the room aren't the best: the echo of voices, unfortunately, tends to drown out the conversation at the table, making conversation difficult. Furthermore, it didn't seem like a particularly suitable place for those with children. Parking is a bit of a hassle, as there's no dedicated area, so you have to park in the church square or nearby shops.
The final bill isn't cheap, but considering it's a specialty you only find once a year, you can afford to overlook the price and enjoy the quality of the product.

11/03/2026: Had Valentine's Day dinner. An entree of shrimp in a mouse, a generous mixed antipasto (the cod was excellent), sliced red tuna with orange-infused fennel, water, a bottle of wine, dessert, coffee, and a small glass. Limoncello offered by Manuel.
29/01/2026: The set menu is amazing... a choice of 5 starters, 5 main courses, and side dishes... generous and delicious dishes.
Beautiful atmosphere and friendly staff... what can I say... you feel right at home.

03/05/2026: Terrible experience: poor food and rude owner
Unfortunately, I have to give one star only because it's impossible to give zero. The atmosphere is decidedly neglected, but the worst came with the food. We ordered a fish appetizer that to call it such is an insult to the cuisine, followed by five trays of fried calamari rings of extremely poor quality and almost inedible.
Aside from the disappointing quality, the real sore point was the owner's rudeness. When we politely requested a simple lemon wedge, his response was a curt and arrogant: "I only have two hands," completely ignoring our request. It's curious, however, how his hands "doubled" when it came to the bill: he was incredibly quick to charge an exorbitant amount that was completely disproportionate to the amount we had consumed.
I strongly advise against this place. The quality-price ratio is embarrassing, and the hospitality is nonexistent.

Then sausage doesn't fit on the Four Seasons.
I ordered two pizzas.... Both inedible because they were so burnt....
27/01/2026: I ordered a seafood pizza and got a tuna and shrimp pizza with pure salt...
I've been a customer all my life, but lately it's been disgusting, as many people say...
The pizza is inedible.

10/04/2025: La mia valutazione non riguarda i piatti, che sono normali, riguarda il gestore.
Ho chiamo la domenica per prenotare la cena del sabato successivo, chiedo di specificatamente o la saletta a sx (con stufetta) quando si entra o nella cantinetta , visto che eravamo in 9, mi viene risposto che erano libere entrambe quindi ok. Arriviamo sabato sera e ci ritroviamo il tavolo nel salone a destra. Chiedo come mai al titolare , che mi risponde agitato dicendo che o così o potevamo andarcene. Chiaramente di sabato sera alle 20 in nove sarebbe stato un problema trovare un altro ristorante . Ma meritava che ce ne fossimo andati. Io ho messo una X, e sicuro non ne parlerò bene, visto il comportamento del titolare.

Trattoria con Locanda La Rosa di Fedrigo Lucio

29/03/2025: Recensione difficile, ci ho pensato su un po'. Direi alti e bassi: quindi ci si può mangiare, ma diversi aspetti da migliorare.
Il locale ha un suo gusto e direi accogliente.
La cucina ha sprazzi positivi e stonature: gnocchi al ragù d'anatra si preannunciano bene, ma gnocchi alle erbette con ragù rosso non si accordano. Cucina d'avanguardia o confusa? Fritto misto di pesce preparato bene. Torta al cioccolato molto buona.
Qualche pecca nella pulizia stoviglie.
Voto basso, ma di incoraggiamento per migliorare: la gestione è giovane e merita fiducia.
