04/08/2024: I recently dined at the Cappello Restaurant and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The staff were very unfriendly, with only one exception who showed some courtesy. Most of the team didn't even manage a smile throughout our visit, which made the atmosphere quite uncomfortable. To make matters worse, they brought the wrong order twice, adding to our frustration. When it came time to pay, they unceremoniously threw the bill on the table, which felt quite disrespectful. As for the food, it was nothing special. It was quite average, and given the high prices they charge, it was not worth it. Overall, the poor service and mediocre food quality overshadowed our dining experience. I hope they work on improving their customer service and food standards, as both significantly impact the overall experience. Dear Mr. Cristian Cappello, I was quite taken aback by your response to my review. Insinuating that I created a fake account solely to review your restaurant is not only insulting but also dismissive of my genuine experience. I have better things to do than fabricate reviews. Perhaps the reason for the subpar service is evident in your response – a refusal to accept constructive criticism and a tendency to dismiss differing opinions. 05/08/2024: I just went to lunch with my family for dad's birthday (making a reservation) we ate fish, all delicious and fresh, bringing the prices of the desserts to €6 is exaggerated (a puff pastry with cream) but it was still very good, in on the other hand, pastries are served with coffee.. a sweet treat.. I recommend this restaurant..

11/08/2024: Without praise and without deception, clean, courteous, cloth linen, quick (we arrived at 10pm), good, simple, traditional, beer for the occasional whim, quality wine (prosecco from a good company known to us and visited more than 1 time) they also make good mixed fried food, we spied on the neighbors, large place, two mega screens. 14/07/2024: Forced to give 2 stars because regardless of eating, it is not permissible to eat at an uncomfortable room temperature. The room requires a more important air conditioning system. And in winter, as I have already had experience, it requires adequate heating. The price you pay is not just for food but also for everything else. Thank you

31/08/2024: Ci siamo stati anche nel 2023 e 2022 ma come ho mangiato stasera una delusione totale.. spaghetti allo scoglio PRECOTTI e pesce freddo.. mi è rimasto tutto sullo stomaco e sono stata male una volta arrivata a casa.. mi dispiace con rammarico ma penso che non ci torneremo più
