14/07/2025: Everything was very, very good. The price was also reasonable. I don't like the way they manage the water; they offer it in 0.75 bottles, but in my opinion it's less and they make you pay a lot. So in the end, the price is increased by all the dinner variables. Even the wine wasn't up to par. All in all, everything was excellent, and I'd gladly return to try other dishes.

The credit goes immediately to Mr. Giovanni, whose warm and authentic welcome made us feel immediately at home, like part of the family. Not every restaurant manages to create such an immediate bond with its guests, and this is just the beginning of an evening that turned out to be nothing short of memorable. The promise of a marriage between the culinary riches of Veneto and Sicily was masterfully kept, giving us a journey of flavors that danced between tradition and innovation. We began our journey with panelle, a true calling card of Sicilian street food, which catapulted us with their authentic flavor directly into the alleys of Palermo. Crispy to perfection and with an unmistakable flavor, they whetted our appetite and anticipated the delights to come. For my first course, I couldn't resist the spaghetti with black garlic and red shrimp. Each forkful was an explosion of flavor: the sweetness of the red shrimp married perfectly with the unexpected and enveloping notes of the black garlic, creating a sophisticated dish that was at the same time deeply rooted in Mediterranean tradition. A true culinary masterpiece that satisfied the palate and the soul. My wife, on the other hand, opted for the refined homemade pizza, and her expression of pure bliss with every bite spoke for itself. The dough, the quality of the ingredients and the balance of flavors made this pizza a "stratop" experience, as she defined it. Not just a pizza, but a work of culinary art that elevated a classic to a higher level. And for a noteworthy finale, we couldn't help but indulge in the ritual of coffee accompanied by a sublime Sicilian cannoli. That first bite... it was like being instantly teleported to Sicily! The fresh and velvety ricotta, the crunchy wafer, the balanced sweetness: each element contributed to creating an authentic sensory experience that concluded our dinner in an unforgettable way. Il Console dei Fratelli Allegra is not just a restaurant, it is a complete sensory experience, a journey through flavors, aromas and human warmth that is difficult to forget. The passion they put into every dish and the attention to the customer are palpable. If you are looking for a place where eating becomes an occasion to celebrate taste and conviviality, look no further. 01/07/2025: It's a fantastic place! The fixed price menu is incredible and also allows you to make multiple choices, such as melon or ice cream instead of a side dish... which are extremely welcome in the summer season! We were there on Saturday, a total of 7 people, we sat outside, in a sheltered and quiet area and the owners were extremely kind, thoughtful and truly delightful, they did their utmost for us and paid special attention to the children's menu as well. What can I say? These family-run places should be rewarded and promoted because they are an added value and contribute to maintaining a high level of tourist offerings in the splendid setting of the hills. I will definitely be back!
