02/12/2025: A beautiful wine shop, like those of days gone by. The selection of wines from all over Italy is exceptional. I didn't dine here.

18/10/2025: Fantastic place, very atmospheric. We had two Luxardo amari, and the portions were really generous. 👍 Informal and friendly service.

09/11/2025: The place is beautiful. You can access the pools in your bathrobe, which is very convenient. The food selection is varied, ranging from meat to fish to pizza. The food is good, nothing to complain about. The staff is kind, friendly, and helpful. I also understand that we are in a 5-star place. But the price is really too high, we're talking €20 for a gourmet pizza, which is actually just a small pizza on a peel—good but nothing special. A €3 cover charge is also acceptable. But in my opinion, the prices absolutely need to be reviewed. Otherwise, people go once and then never return, and that would be a shame.

08/03/2026: I've known this place all my life. The food is excellent, with all the dishes, and the staff is very friendly. However, I have to disagree with the service. Before the pizza, we asked for breadsticks since there were already beers, but even though we asked for them from four waiters, no one brought them. We paid €2.90 per person for the cover charge, and even then, we only had placemats and a paper napkin. I don't think that's fair.

16/03/2026: They are kind with non Germans and Italians. So recommend if you wanted to be treated properly. Many hotles in this zone do not have this same respect. So caution. We stayed here back in 2022. We were given a voucher as a wedding gift. At first the lobby shocked me because it needs to be updated. Our packaged included using a room but we didnt have to spend the night. Just to use the space like a private lounge which was really nice. The room was really nice. Looked like it was updated. Very clean. We had a suit with room, large bath and sitting room/tv room. The pool area wasnt bad. I think it didnt look so great because there was so many people and they were not respectful of the area. We also used the steam room and sauna area. My husband and i found the lap pool and used that as well. I grew up swimming in thermal pools in Colorado in Aspen and also grew up swimming on cape cod and maui Hawaii. So I can be picky about pools. Over all the pools are good here. Just the other partons are not respectful of the place sadly. No rude service like other hotels in the area. We will definitely be going back here. We've been trying different terme hotels since 2022. I grew up living in Marriott and Hilton hotels. So I have a certain level of experience i expect from other hotels stays. Parents had jobs that took them all over the world. This hotel meets those expectations and I highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

08/03/2026: Friendly and welcoming staff. Large facility with clean and spacious changing rooms.

10/03/2026: The food is company cafeteria quality. The so-called restaurant is truly awful. The bathroom door is broken. From the outside, it looks neither better nor worse.

19/01/2026: Little attention to customers and confusion behind the counter. Excellent coffee.

19/01/2026: I'd given up on it two years ago when, twice, while I was waiting at the counter to order, three customers who seemed to be regulars walked past me. On Friday, I returned with a friend to try the stuffed fritters. At three euros each, it's not worth it.

06/01/2026: Good chocolate, poor cream. Good service, intimate atmosphere, but Christmas decorations could be improved.

03/01/2026: The most horrible hot chocolate I've ever had in my life. Water with starch and a teaspoon (if only!) of cocoa for 5 euros. If you don't respect your guests, at least out of respect for yourself, you shouldn't sell such horrible drinks. Never again.
