08/11/2025: Trattoria Monticelli is a place where you can eat well, savoring the atmosphere and flavors of times gone by. Since our last visit, it has been renovated and expanded, maintaining its rustic trattoria feel. The veranda area is lovely, with a burning stove to warmly welcome guests. The service is fast and friendly, everything is excellent, and the meat is top-quality. The stew with musso meat is a specialty, a dish rarely found at the restaurant and reminiscent of traditional dishes from the past. The desserts are also delicious and homemade, and worth sharing. My only complaint is that we were served a main course, but the side dishes were slow in arriving, which is why I took one star off the service.

25/12/2025: Many don't know it, but the park's grove was reconstructed following the original vegetation of the Euganean Hills, with native species and a layout designed to recreate a small "plain forest" like those that once surrounded Monselice. Walking through it, you immediately notice that it's not just an urban garden: There are areas deliberately left "imperfect." Fallen trunks become habitats, and a surprisingly cool microclimate even in summer. A little-known curiosity: under some areas of the park, old medieval canals connected to the city's water systems pass. They're not visible, but they explain the particularly damp soil in certain spots. Those who have frequented the Buzzaccarini for years are well acquainted with: The ducks that patrol the pond area, the park cats, now an integral part of the landscape, and the cultural events that occasionally enliven the area, from open-air theater to markets. Another gem: the park features a small natural composting area used to maintain fertile soil without the use of chemicals. A quiet but intelligent choice.

17/11/2025: Large beautiful park with a pond and centuries-old trees. Guaranteed fun for children. There is a bar with shaded seating. In summer it is a very popular area not only for mothers of children but also for elderly people for the fresh air and lots of shade.

17/07/2025: Excellent pizza by the slice, flavorful dough with the right amount of salt and moisture, and excellent flavor in the tomato sauce. The crispiness is adequate, it feels al dente but then transforms into an excellent focaccia with just the right consistency. The toppings are also very precise (it's great to slice the cherry tomatoes in threes instead of halves, it's less watery). Fair prices for the time, and for €8 you'll be more than satisfied.

02/11/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, in the area for a sporting event! The pizza is delicious, the dough is very light, and the toppings are top-quality!!! It's a shame they don't have them closer to home!!! If you're passing through or have never tried them, it's definitely worth a try!

17/12/2025: Amazing all-you-can-eat hidden in Monselice. We found this place randomly and we are absolutely astonished. By far the best dumplings I have had in my life! Very tasty fish and fresh avocado. Very friendly service and professionality. Highly recommended.

It's the perfect stop for a quick lunch (we were running the Euganean Hills Cycle Route) with very reasonable prices and good, generous portions of food—in our case, the tramezzini and schiacciata were top-notch. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended ✌🏻

24/08/2025: Very nice, clean, and well-kept bar. Very fair prices on everything. The spritz is delicious and well-made, and the tramezzini are super tasty and filling!!! Giulia, the owner, is always very kind. There are also tables outside on the porch, sheltered from the sun and possible rain. Highly recommended.

06/12/2025: Excellent ingredients, prepared without adding fat or spices that mask the true flavor, but paired in an exquisite way. All the dishes are always simple, but since the ingredients are top-quality, everything turns out delicious and incredibly satisfying! Fair prices, unobtrusive but attentive and helpful service. Everything was truly satisfying! My only suggestion would be a more thoughtful lighting to make the atmosphere a little more atmospheric... but that's just a small detail! Well done, and congratulations! Truly!

05/01/2026: Zero organization. Even though I had a reservation, I arrived and they didn't have a seat for me, because they cared about letting those who hadn't booked and were there at the time go first. So much so that I had to wait at the cashier, only to be told that I was 10 minutes late and that it was my fault and they could only give me a seat OUTSIDE. I packed up and left. I wasted my time and my way, and they lost a regular customer. It happens!
