09/08/2026: A full five stars and the desire to return as soon as possible.
We came to this place drawn by the pizzeria's fame, and I must say that our expectations for the pizza were fully met: light, digestible dough, and top-quality ingredients. Truly top-notch.
The real surprise of the evening, however, came outside the usual pizzeria norms: we ordered a raw seafood dish, and to call it "good" would be an injustice... it was simply excellent. Extremely fresh fish, perfectly served, clean, and with an authentic seafood flavor. It's not at all a given to find such high-quality raw seafood in a place that also makes excellent pizza!
Attentive service, a pleasant atmosphere, and an absolutely excellent value. A place to mark on your agenda whether you're craving an excellent pizza or simply want to indulge in a high-quality seafood treat. Highly recommended.
30/07/2026: The restaurant is mediocre. We had to wait ages before anyone even came to ask us about drinks. The food arrived at different times, and in the end, I had to pack my own pizza. We won't be going back.

23/05/2026: My go-to cafe for breakfasts many years ago when I lived in Galzignano. After several years, I returned to visit because I was in the area, and I always find a guaranteed quality product and friendly service. Well done, girls, keep up the good work!

02/08/2026: Very nice summer terrace...in general everything good, typical trattoria with a taste of times gone by, excellent meat....the bill was a surprise!
26/07/2026: We ate on the lovely veranda. The bigoli were amazing. Dishes you won't find anywhere else. A true old-fashioned trattoria.

26/07/2026: I've been coming here for a while. The pizza is excellent. The inside is quite clean. In the summer, with this heat, they don't have air conditioning, so eating inside is unpleasant. They have some outdoor seating under mulberry trees. They're infested with hornets and wasps. There are no umbrellas like at other places; unfortunately, we found the tables dirty with tree dust. Etc. There's ample parking. But there's a lot that could be improved and renovated. At least the outdoor shade. It's hard to say I'll be back.

Buffalo mozzarella appetizer, but only stracchino arrived!
I asked for a glass of prosecco, and a still pinot arrived!
How incredibly slow!
21/04/2025: Easter Monday lunch booked. Fish appetizer: 1 large scallop (good), 2 small ones (flavorless), plus a red shrimp on a bed of polenta.
Paella: overcooked rice (it seemed like it was made the day before) topped with 5 scallops and 2 shellfish. No seafood in the rice.
Inedible! I would have left as soon as I tasted it. My wife wanted to "try" it, but halfway through... we both gave up. Inedible. I mentioned it to the waiter (who was kind and professional), and he understood.
We paid the bill (I paid the full price). They didn't include the glass of white wine and a bottle of water.
It was the fourth time I've been to that restaurant (with friends). Now (and I told them), they've lost the customer, including the friends.

02/04/2025: Pizza eccellente, impasto leggero e croccante, pomodoro e ingredienti squisiti. Soggiornando alle Terme ci siamo imbattuti in questo piccolo paradiso. Torneremo sicuramente!
