29/12/2024: Very nice cabin run by young and kind people. We had a wonderful meal on the terrace with a view that speaks for itself. Bean soup, canaderli and goulash really really good, well fried chips, equally good sandwiches, crème brule' and panna cotta!! Excellent quality despite the high turnout.

25/12/2024: I return to this wonderful place every year for Christmas. Excellent service and food.

08/09/2024: I got there after a nice walk but in the rain and the very kind owner "hosted" me for a good couple of hours. I ate an excellent goulash. The refuge is wonderful with many outdoor tables for the beautiful days

27/08/2024: Nice to see young people who believe in an activity in the refuge, the food is good but the bill is a little steep especially if you get a second course.

18/01/2025: We stopped for a quick stop for lunch, almost by chance, but we made a pleasant discovery, a welcoming environment, friendly staff and truly excellent pizza. Located in the center of the hamlet of Ca Viola, this pizzeria / restaurant is really worth the stop. Next time we'll try the cuisine.

14/01/2025: Splendid refuge which can be reached by deviating from the main road that leads to the San Pellegrino pass (almost at the top coming from Falcade). Immersed in a wonderful panorama and in a quiet position. An advantage but also a disadvantage is that you can also get there by car, but if you want some advice, leave your car in the car parks along the road and take a short walk, it's worth it. They also leave near beautiful walks. I read some reviews about the food and service that spoke badly of it, we were lucky today it wasn't full and both the food and the service were good, with even some advice for walks. Obviously we need to put it into context, in the chaos of a few days it may not always be easy to be courteous, but today it went well. Prices are not low, but not far from the average of the refuges which are now more "restaurants" than trattorias. Excellent crepes, good dessert. Fabulous view and really nice environment.

12/01/2025: Everything was perfect, from the spectacular location, to the kindness of the staff and last but not least the quality of the dishes, all delicious. Thank you very much and see you next time.

04/10/2024: Mountain style atmosphere, as befits a mountain restaurant. Comfortable, family environment. Nice and friendly staff, very fast. Good, digestible pizzas from a wood oven. First courses, second courses and desserts are good and typical of the place. Recommended for a simple evening with family or friends to spend a pleasant hour together. Good prices.

17/09/2024: Outstanding pizza! The staff is very friendly, the place is cosy. Recommended, the location is also good, close to the ski lifts.

28/12/2024: We entered out of curiosity, invited by an enviable location for its position... we left after 10 minutes for total indifference. Neither a greeting at the entrance nor a minimum of consideration after 10 minutes of waiting sitting on the stools.....and the place wasn't particularly crowded and whoever was there was already taking their order. Bad.

17/11/2024: Autumn Saturday evening. Not too crowded, frequented by both tourists and locals. Very good pizza and beer, plentiful toppings. Always a guarantee!

31/10/2024: The food is excellent, especially sandwiches and pizzas, the prices are more than adequate, excellent selection of alcohol, but the best thing is definitely the friendliness of those who work there, it's a real pleasure to eat at Stua

20/08/2024: the ricotta gnocchi are excellent, finally a dish that you can't find elsewhere. however the prices are refuge-like and they could have saved €1.50 cover charge.

20/08/2024: Siamo arrivati alle 13.30 e il menu proposto offriva una modesta gomma di primi tutti già finiti a parte le tagliatelle. Pochissima per non dire assente la scelta dei contorni (solo polenta) e dei dolci. Ma la sorpresa arriva al momento di pagare perché nel 2024 non accettano pagamenti elettronici perché dichiarano di non avere segnale. Peccato che la circostanza, non da poco, sia indicata senza troppa visibilità solo all'interno del locale e non all'esterno e non venga dichiarata sul menù e nemmeno dai camerieri che vengono al tavolo tra l'altro con modi poco cortesi. Nessuno della comitiva aveva contanti così si è dovuto fare un bonifico (per fortuna uno di noi aveva segnale il che non è scontato) e ci ha rimesso pure la commissione. Mai più!
