17/07/2025: We had the pizza, which was really good and tasty. The staff was friendly, helpful, and fast. Prices were reasonable.
14/07/2025: Very good restaurant in the town of Cavola! The service was excellent, they very kindly made room for us even though it was 9:00 pm (they close at 10:00 pm). The price was the best we found during our trip (pizzas didn't cost more than €10). The house red wine was very good. We were eager to try the pasta, as it looked very good. The pizzas are made right there in a wood-fired oven, delicious.

Recommended, the location is also good, close to the ski lifts.
08/05/2025: While staying in the area, this is where we most often came for dinner. Friendly service, no pressure, and the food was very good. I especially remember ravioli with beetroot - unfortunately I ordered it last evening and hence I was not satisfied :) because it was the quintessence of delicacy and deliciousness. Delicious tiramisu. Greetings to the entire team running this restaurant.

30/06/2025: Hotel located in the heart of Falcade, very well cared for in details. The room was large, clean and recently renovated. Really nice!
We stayed with half board formula and, as a vegan, I really appreciated the availability of a dedicated menu, which allowed me to freely choose between different options. An attention not to be taken for granted, which I found really appreciated!
Abundant breakfast and excellent cakes 😊 I really hope to have the opportunity to return!
24/06/2025: In the center of Falcade, simple but very clean rooms, abundant breakfast offer, shame there was little choice for vegans like me. Kind and helpful staff.

02/07/2025: Refuge off the beaten track in the area. The cabin nestled in a wonderful forest is a little hidden paradise. I ate a delicious Panna Cotta and an excellent almond grappa.

11/06/2025: We arrived by motorbike on the recommendation of the Tea El Pellegrino hotel.
A simple place but with good service.
We had dinner outside with a mountain view. In the summer, the sun sets late and leaves a beautiful glow.
First, a crispy four-cheese calzone...
Then we had a pizza that was half crudo and half bresaola. We ordered olive oil with peperoncino, and it was fantastic.
Not many wine choices, but a bottle of Trento Cabernet Sauvignon went down very well.
Nice memory of that evening.

23/01/2025: Montanari autentici, gente alla buona, malga vera. Qui non ti puoi aspettare raffinatezza ma solo quello che poi effettivamente trovi, semplicità, schiettezza, passione. Il servizio dunque è quello che è, spicca la buona volontà più che la precisione. I prodotti sono pochi ma molto validi. L’ambiente e lo scenario, così come la pace e tranquillità memorabili. Per me è una riconferma e anziché il solito panino o i primi piatti delle precedenti occasioni, provo un tagliere misto (7 euro) e un bicchiere di vino (1.50 euro). Con pane e coperto (1.50 euro) spendo complessivamente 10 euro per un piacevole snack tra una camminata e l’altra. Nel tagliere il formaggio è di produzione propria, fatto sul posto, i salumi invece di valide ditte della zona. Personalmente suggerirei di comporlo dunque con più formaggio e meno affettati, per valorizzare maggiormente quello che viene fatto in casa. Qui ci si arriva a piedi dal rifugio Flora Alpina. Consiglio di effettuare il percorso ad anello: all’andata passando a monte del Flora Alpina, per la frazione Valfredda, e raggiungendo così Malga ai Lach dall’alto. Al ritorno scendendo dalla malga attraverso il sentiero che poi si ricongiunge con la Forestale e ritorna al Flora Alpina da sotto.

07/01/2025: Arrivare con il gatto delle nevi d'inverno e' un esperienza molto bella. In baita Dies Bis abbiamo trovato un ambiente magico e accogliente.
Un'ottima cucina che utilizza ingredienti di prima qualità presentati con eleganza e al gusto molto evocativi! Per la qualità e la cura delle preparazione il prezzo è assolutamente adeguato.
La lista dei vini è molto bella, inoltre ti fanno scoprire alcuni vini poco conosciuti con prezzi concorrenziali. Il servizio è preciso, rispettoso e cortese. Ristorante Dies Bis consigliato a tutti coloro che vogliono conoscere una cucina tradizionale, raffinata e genuina, in una atmosfera rilassante e coccolati.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Provare……per credere!!
