25/01/2026: Bad experience. These days, people tend to praise everything. I understand that it's complex in a restaurant business. But as someone who's worked in the restaurant business for many years, I have to say I was disappointed with the experience I had last night. Pizza isn't pizza, even if the ingredients they use are good quality. Not liking their "pizza," I made the mistake of trying their cuisine. I ordered gnocchi with beef ragù. Completely unsalted (you should taste a dish before serving it), the quantity was small in my opinion, but that can be subjective. Finally, the beef ragù was a thickened red sauce, with a total of 5 grams of beef in my dish. I felt cheated. The service took a bit long, but overall, it was pretty average. I can't speak to the quality/price ratio because I paid 13 euros for a plate of gnocchi, which were worthless.

29/01/2026: Booked for convenience at the Valdagno hospital. The hotel was clean, elegant with the services described. The owner was a friendly and correct person. Thanks for the peace of mind provided. From Stefano and Marina.
