12/11/2024: Typical French restaurant, intimate, welcoming. I have been several times for dinner and I have always eaten very well despite being vegetarian, but my friends who are not vegetarians and come from outside the province specifically for it were also satisfied. The crepes are obviously the workhorse and for me it is really worth it to try them. The staff is kind, in a way. Fair price.

30/12/2024: I am happy to modify my previous terrible review because the change in management has radically improved the quality of service offered by the hotel.
The person I had to stay for the Christmas holidays had a great time.
The great courtesy, helpfulness and familiarity of the manager and the staff really impressed her.
Excellent breakfast.
The beautiful SPA on the top floor has reopened (..now forgotten during the previous management.)
Finally Valdagno has a quality accommodation facility a stone's throw from the historic center.
Compliments!

01/01/2025: Ho prenotato un tavolo per 2 ho scelto la pizza parmigiana mentre mio marito ha scelto i bigoli con l anatra...era tutto ottimo .. pizza sottile e leggera la consiglio ...ho visto passare tantissime pizze da asporto ... dunque è veramente un ottima pizzeria
15/11/2024: Ordered pizzas and seasoned bread, unfortunately we didn't like the pizzas... While instead of seasoned bread they sent seasoned focaccias without warning.... There's a lot of difference.
We will definitely not return to this pizzeria

07/11/2024: This morning I went with my mother to have breakfast.
The treatment of the bartender (perhaps the owner) was a bit excessive!!
Without a specific reason he started saying that here it works like all bars, the bartenders are bartenders and the customers are not bartenders (only because my mother, a 60 year old lady, was slow in deciding what she wanted).
Maybe it's racism, maybe it's frustration or maybe it's nervousness.
The fact is that if you work in front of the public you cannot be rude because a lady is late in deciding what to order.
I didn't like the response and the tone used, but out of respect for the lady who gave me life I didn't respond badly even though she would have more than deserved it for her rudeness.
I hope this middle-aged bartender's ways change and your service improves.
