18/01/2025: I booked a birthday cake, the cake that was delivered to me had, as you can see from the photos, unacceptable writing and not comparable to the photo I had shown. After reporting my disappointment to the staff, I was told that there was nothing left to be done, so I expected at least preferential treatment regarding the price of the product but this was not the case... I was disappointed by all this, I think this cake is not worth the price paid (€170). I will never rely on this bakery again...
