Boho In Padova

I went with my mom because we were at home doing nothing and wanted to do something quiet, but it really turned our evening around. The setting is truly ideal; they have a large outdoor space with a small stream running through it, making it even more pleasant. It's not noisy at all and very charming. The staff was extremely friendly, especially Simone, who served us with great attention. The food was truly delicious; we shared an appetizer, then a first course for me and a second course for my mom, followed by dessert, and we both left feeling completely full. The price was more than in line with the service, location, and quality of the dishes served. We'll definitely be back and definitely recommend it.

The outdoor garden is truly a gem: cool, well-kept, with a stream flowing nearby, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The menu is interesting, well-thought-out, and features a good vegetarian selection showcasing seasonal ingredients (a very rare vegetarian option in Padua). Above all, the service is excellent, with special praise to Giulia, who looked after us from start to finish: efficient, capable, and exceptionally kind. She made the experience even more enjoyable, and will definitely be a reason I'll gladly return.

Good food, great service, very nice place

We saw the BOHO restaurant while walking in the old city of Padova, Italy. The beautiful restaurant is nestled by the small river in a magical forest setting that seem not connected to the surrounding world. We were greeted by a wonderful staff and decided to eat outside in the lush garden. Julia and Simone, out waiters were so sweet and knowledgeable. They spoke perfect English too. The menu was very interesting and unique like nothing we had in Italy. From the starters of sweet tartar, yummy salad with fresh pear, gazpacho with baked cheese and puffed pastries with veggies to the main courses of perfectly done steaks, prawns, and tasty special pastas, EVERYTHING was perfect. Julia and Simone engaged in lovely conversation between meals and were very sweet and hospitable. We finished with desserts of pudding cake, fruit creams and, the best mousse I’ve had in a long while. We also had a nice recommended wine with dinner and finished with perfect espressos. The beautiful surrounding and the magnificent food is an experience we will not forget. On our way out, we were greeted by Daniele, the owner, who invited us for a shot of grappa. If you find yourself in beautiful Padova, in the old city (and you love exceptionally good food), I wouldn’t miss BOHO RESTAURANT. It’s about 15 minutes of easy walk from the center of town, in almost a secret spot that is more than worth the visit.

The restaurant is excellent in terms of presentation and ambiance, as it has a wonderful outdoor garden with a small river running alongside, accessible via a short walk through the garden where there are outdoor tables. The service is good, and the food is good, although perhaps a little too creative. I recommend focusing more on simpler dishes, but served with care. So, I found the food good, but perhaps a little too creative. Prices are average. The wait is medium to long.

Very peaceful atmosphere with kind staff and amazing food. Tried the cooked meat tasting, everything was really tasty and pleasantly served. If you’re looking for a unique food experience then that’s the place!
