Location molto bella ed elegante e staff molto preparato e attento, ma senza mai mettere in soggezione i commensali.
Cibo ottimo e abbondante, a partire dagli amuse bouche al dessert, spiegato dal personale in modo impeccabile e chiaro. Da provare l'uovo poché con crema di asparagi e guanciale croccante e gli gnocchi di castagne.
Rapporto qualità / prezzo corretto.
Sicuramente ritorneremo per provare altre portate

24/04/2025: Siamo arrivati e dopo essere entrati ci ha subito accolto un gentile signore il quale ci ha spiegato come funzionava l'ordine. Si sceglie la pasta ed il condimento (es. Tagliatelle con il ragù). Personale gentilissimo, servizio veloce ed efficiente ma soprattutto molto buono. Prezzo coerente con il quarto mangiato. Pranzo consigliato.

31/05/2025: For this I go to Italy. Simple but so mega tasty, I don't need more in life. The dishes on the other tables looked tasty too. Gnocci with ragu combined with a delicious red wine.
27/05/2025: If you're a meat lover... don't hesitate.
The food is excellent, the service impeccable, and the prices very reasonable.
A great restaurant in Aosta, not to be missed.

The ingredients are very fresh and of excellent quality, the dough is soft, well leavened and super digestible.
The place is very well looked after with the possibility of eating on site.
The staff is very kind, helpful and courteous. The home service is also fantastic: punctual and attentive. Highly recommended!

01/02/2025: Hotel accueillant et bien situé pour les visites du centre historique. La chambre pas très grande, malgré un lit de 180 cm pour 180.-chf la nuit, 1.-chf le centimètre.....Bien vendu. Pas de balcon.

23/09/2023: Worst experience I've ever had in a bar. Came in hoping for a nice Gin. But we were not welcome! We were not even welcome to stand in the empty bar and have a drink. We tried to ask for possibilities, but the bartender were not interested. So disappointed. But glad now that we did not spend our money here.
06/08/2023: Cordialità professionalità e grande qualità: ottimi i cocktail e attenzione alla qualità. La prova provata è il ghiaccio jic. Ogni volta che torno trovo miglioramenti. Fantastico!
