15/12/2024: A small shop/place in the center of Aosta but with lots and lots of quality and kindness. I ordered a portion of lasagna and polenta concia to take away and I must say that in addition to the excellent quality, the abundance also justifies the price (which in any case is not very high). It's a shame (or maybe not) that there are few places available for lunch on site. I recommend everyone to stop and try their specialties. Compliments.

07/12/2024: Walking in the historic center of Aosta, we came across this small pasta factory and were immediately intrigued. In addition to producing and selling fresh pasta, they cook it on the spot for lunch, allowing you to enjoy a quality dish directly on site. The pasta is truly excellent, with a flavor and texture that only an artisanal pasta factory can offer. We were able to choose between different pasta shapes and toppings, a pleasant experience that made us feel pampered. The service was fast and the staff extremely kind, making everything even more pleasant. A perfect place for a quick, good and authentic lunch in the heart of Aosta. Highly recommended!

11/12/2024: Fantastic! I always book online on the app which works very well and arrives at my house in an instant. These two days I was in a bit of a hurry and I happened to stop by and get a pizza directly there. Due to a misunderstanding on the first day, the pizza did not correspond to what I had asked for, and I only noticed it once at home, but it was still so good that I returned the next day. As soon as they saw me, they immediately apologized and even insisted on offering me pizza! A truly top service! Well done, there are very few places like this!

01/01/2025: The lady at the counter is absurdly rude, inadequate and offensive. Among other things, we asked for a disposable coffee (for personal health reasons) but the baristas were visibly annoyed, the pastry chef had to intervene to make them make this coffee. Even more serious: before leaving I asked for the receipt that they hadn't given me... they addressed us with "WE MAKE THE RECEIPTS, WE'RE NOT IN THE SOUTH". In the end I didn't receive my receipt. Avoid!! (Only positive note, the pastry chef) Visited January 31st.

01/01/2025: Terrible service, rude and boastful girl, bordering on mockery. When asked to (kindly) warm a bottle for 20 seconds, they were told they couldn't because there were too many people! Despite this we decide to stop and eat by ordering a coffee and a chocolate. Only the chocolate arrived.
