13/01/2026: The place is really nice because it basically has two rooms: the historic one and the former pastry shop. I have to say, the food was excellent, and I'd say the desserts were excellent, but the wait was incredibly long (two and a half hours for 9 people to have lunch). I don't know if it was a coincidence that it was a holiday.
06/01/2026: Incredible experience! We were looking for a traditional place and found a treasure. The place is breathtaking, with a visit to the underground cellars that left us speechless! The food is divine: local cuisine, with traditional dishes prepared with top-quality ingredients that amazed us with their quality and flavor.
Antonio made the difference: rarely have you found a waiter so knowledgeable, cheerful, super attentive, and so friendly. He recommended the best dishes, making us feel truly pampered. If you're looking for quality, impeccable service, and an extraordinary atmosphere, this is the place.

02/01/2026: A family lunch. The atmosphere is welcoming and quaint. The food is good, well-presented. The wine is also good. The staff is quite welcoming. The bathroom is clean.

11/03/2026: Honestly, I had high expectations.
Friendly, welcoming, and I'm Aic (Italian Association of Certified Gluten-Free Eaters), so all the dishes are gluten-free, but I was miserable all night! Terrible experience. I don't know if the ingredients weren't fresh since the place was empty, if there was contamination, or if the lamb was undercooked... But it was a terrible dinner. Plus, the prices were high.
15/02/2026: We took two tourist menus for €16 and the food was fantastic and plentiful!!!!

02/03/2026: Carefully presented dishes, prepared with authentic ingredients. We sampled the selection of cured meats, the wild boar mortadella with focaccia and fried artichokes. Pappardelle with wild boar ragù (exquisite, delicate yet intense), and their winter minestrone. To finish, a reinterpretation of tiramisu (try it only if you're willing to forgo real tiramisu), different, original, and excellent. The local wine was a blend of excellent reds. Everything was beautifully served by a young, very kind and attentive waiter. Il Miglio is, in my opinion, a benchmark for style and good taste in Orvieto.
19/02/2026: This upscale restaurant was incredibly friendly and satisfying, with a completely new menu. Everything on the menu was delicious, and even the appetizer bread and butter was the best I've had in Italy. They even asked if I'd like a cold water from the fridge, and they even provided extra appetizers and cutlery for each meal. I highly recommend the fried calamari!

15/12/2023: Sono andato un sabato a mangiare con amici prezzo nella media..sui 20 .tornato pochi sabati dopo preso le stesse portate più o meno prezzo 35 . Capisco tutto ma 15 euro di aumento è veramente troppo ...NCS

15/04/2025: Paramos para un almuerzo tardío cuando conducíamos desde Roma a Montepulciano. ¡Era justo lo que necesitábamos! La pizza era deliciosa, la ensalada era fresca, y la sopa era cálida y reconfortante. El servicio también fue muy amable. Fue una gran opción después de un largo día de viaje.

01/07/2025: Fuimos aquí a desayunar. Pasteles y capuchinos increíblemente deliciosos, muy baratos en comparación con muchos lugares. El donut relleno de natillas fue increíble. El cruasán de mermelada estaba lleno de deliciosa mermelada. Disfrutamos sentados afuera en una mesa en la calle empedrada, al lado de un hombre local que parecía conocer a todos los que pasaban.
