03/01/2026: We came here for a small aperitif with arrosticini. I'm celiac, and the service and attention were superb!
Gluten-free bread to accompany the arrosticini. And very good wine!
21/12/2025: Burgers, cured meats, cheeses, beers, desserts, liqueurs...all exceptional. In a characterful setting in a town like Spello, which is otherwise very uniform. Authentic, passionate, and at the same time professional. A rarity.

07/01/2026: Rude and impolite wait staff. Hours of waiting.
04/01/2026: A must-try because other restaurants are already full. Definitely avoid it due to the incredibly long wait: 50 minutes for two first courses. (The restaurant wasn't busy.) Cover charge is €2.50 per person; it's a shame they don't bring bread. The food is decent.

16/03/2025: Non sapendo dove andare per pranzo ci siamo fermati in questa piccola bottega che si trova davanti ad una piazzetta, con panchine per mangiare. I panini sono farciti con prodotti di ottima qualità a prezzi bassissimi. Molto consigliato
