You can immediately taste the care and passion with which the ingredients are selected: everything is fresh and cooked with great attention to detail. I live far away, but every time it's an experience that makes the trip worthwhile! Very interesting wine list. Highly recommended!

13/09/2025: As part of our Alta Via 2 adventure we discovered this amazing bakery in the cute town of Moena. I am quite picky when it comes to food and specifically the effects of food consumption on my body and mind. From this perspective I confirm that this bakery is worth every detour. We bought quite a bunch of which I unfortunately don't know the name of it all nonetheless we highly recommend: granola with chocolate bar, croissant, foccacia, pretzel, raisin&walnut bread, something I would call a "seigle pistolet". Wish I could have tried one of the cakes that looked delicious as well. Amazing staff also. Very friendly: The one who served us gave us an extra pack of typical bread to try out 🙏. It's exactly those kinds of places that are heartwarming and that turn the simple things in life into something sacred ❤️.
