I migliori ristoranti di cucina vegetariana in Trento

15/01/2024: Sosta per pranzo. Ci fanno accomodare nella veranda costruita da pochi anni ( credo 2). Posto molto carino, spazioso. Pietanze consumate ottime e abbondanti con servizio molto veloce. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo. Prodotti caseari e salumi a km 0 questo ci ha detto il ragazzo che ci ha servito. Come detto in precedenza prezzo pagato per qualità dei prodotti davvero concorrenziale. Se passate da queste parti sia in estate (noi siamo passati estate scorsa) che in inverno tappa obbligata. Bravi!!!!!

11/01/2024: Il primo pranzo fuori del 2024 lo abbiamo fatto alla Malga Fratte in 📍Val di Rabbi. Qui potrete assaggiare degli straordinari piatti della tradizione trentina. Noi abbiamo provato un mega tagliere di salumi e formaggi, i canederli, lo spezzatino di cervo con la polenta i funghi e il formaggio e un piatto di luganega con funghi e polenta. Il tutto con un buon vino rosso, per facilitare la nostra discesa. 🍷 Anche le torte fatte in casa erano buonissime. Non sono riuscita a fotografare tutto perché eravamo affamati dopo la passeggiata! La malga si può raggiungere facilmente a piedi da diversi punti lungo la vallata. Noi abbiamo scelto la passeggiata più veloce e meno impegnativa, che parte dal parcheggio al Coler. Abbiamo oltrepassato il ponte sul Rabbiés e seguendo le indicazione per Malga Fratte abbiamo percorso un sentiero nel bosco. Il tempo di percorrenza è di circa 30 minuti, quota partenza 1380 m, quota di arrivo 1482 m.

04/04/2024: Lovely location with large parking. I went to dinner with friends and family. Super dishes: excellent quality and beautiful presentation… don't miss the desserts!!! Friendly and prepared staff. Also great place for a romantic dinner.

02/04/2024: We really enjoyed our evening here. There is a large selection of pizzas - even with unusual toppings. Pizza, service and atmosphere were great and the location and view of the lake are very nice.

01/04/2024: Pranzo di Pasqua Ristorante chiaramente pieno ma questo lo sapevano prima visto che i tavoli erano tutti prenotati da giorni. Ci hanno raccomandato di arrivare entro le 12.30, bene abbiamo fatto le corse per arrivare e abbiamo pranzato alle due e mezzo, inconcepibile. Abbiamo aspettato parecchio anche per ordinare e poi ordinato un antipasto con affettati, formaggi e focacce, oltre ai piatti principali. Le focacce arrivate dopo più di mezz’ora e dopo altra mezz’ora gli affettati, chiaramente le focacce nel frattempo le avevamo mangiate, magari cercare di portarle assieme mi sembrava il minimo, non mi sembra che tagliare dei salumi e pezzetti di formaggio porti via molto tempo. Comunque ogni mezz’ora chiedevamo quando ancora ci fosse da aspettare e le uniche risposte sono state: “un attimo ancora” oppure ancora peggio “è Pasqua”, e allora? Il ristorante ha un tot di posti se non siete in grado di gestirli prendete meno prenotazioni, il fatto che sia Pasqua non vi scusa dal far aspettare le persone due ore. Continuavamo anche a chiedere di portare almeno i primi ai due bambini e anche li sempre risposte evasive e poi dopo un ora finalmente è arrivato un semplice piatto di pasta al sugo. Finalmente alle due e mezzo sono arrivate le pietanze e quasi tutte erano davvero terribili, anche delle semplici patate al forno erano davvero poco appetitose. Quindi attesa assurda e cibo caro e non all’altezza. Appena finito ci siamo alzati di corsa e ce ne siamo andati. Posso anche capire che hanno avuto problemi in cucina ma bastava ogni tano passare tra i tavoli e invece che dire” è Pasqua” scusarsi per l’attesa e magari offrire una semplice focaccia di pizza, sarebbe bastato a far si che la gente non si scocciasse e si sentisse presa in giro. Forse sono abituati con i turisti che sanno non torneranno, noi non lo siamo ma non torneremo di sicuro e di sicuro non lo consiglieremo a nessuno.

27/03/2024: They suggested this restaurant to me for a quick lunch, I had a good time, I ate well with a good choice between business lunch and à la carte menu, nice and clean environment, friendly and helpful staff.

04/04/2024: The refuge would be nice but unfortunately I have to report a rather unpleasant event that occurred on 30 March 2024. I purchased and paid regularly with a credit card at the checkout for a breakfast (€8...already quite expensive in itself, but quite in line with the other exercises). After a few minutes the gentleman at the checkout (I imagine the manager) joined me at the counter, telling me that the transaction had not been successful and that I would have to repeat the operation: confident in his good faith, I swiped the card again, to then discovering from my bank statement that they had actually charged me for two transactions, thus making me pay €16 for a hot milk and a slice of strudel. The way things went, I have serious doubts that it could be a mistake, rather a deliberate act... that is, a scam. Partly my fault for not asking for the receipts to verify that the transaction had actually not been successful, but I honestly didn't expect such behavior. One thing is for sure... I will never visit this place again. Post-response update Chalet Spolverino: Thanks for the reply, and I understand that €8 may apparently seem low, but if this error occurred systematically perhaps at the end of the season it wouldn't be so negligible for you. Having said that, the bank does not refund because for them they are 2 separate transactions, at two different times, so as far as they are concerned I may actually have purchased two separate goods/services. You should be the one to reverse the transaction, which perhaps we could have verified and done immediately if you had explained the problem to me rather than simply telling me that the transaction was not successful.

05/04/2024: It is literally the best place to eat in Pergine. The staff is incomparably kind and cheerful; they cook traditional Trentino dishes, simple but truly tasty, in an exceptional way (I had a pork cheek that was buttery, with pumpkin potatoes that I was really about to move); they use high quality raw materials, offer simply excellent cured meats and cheeses; the desserts are homemade and are super good (grappa semifreddo for gentlemen, recommended); you really spend a pittance in relation to the quantity of food served. If you are in Pergine, definitely stop by... It's like feeling at home!

26/03/2024: What to say. Everything simply perfect. Intimate venue furnished with excellent taste. Friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable service. Dishes each more delicious than the other with really interesting proposals. Absolutely worth trying. Compliments !!!!
