17/03/2025: We went to this place because of the good reviews. Unfortunately we were disappointed. The cheese spaetzle was tasteless and was swimming in cream sauce. Unfortunately we also had a fly in our food. Then we looked forward to the Kaiserschmarrn, which unfortunately was just a chopped up pancake. Overall, unfortunately not recommended for the price. The service was nice but didn't ask if it was tasty.
13/03/2025: One of the best huts in the ski area. Food comes very quickly and tastes very tasty! I find the portions relatively large. You'll definitely be full!

13/03/2025: This is truly a worry-free package.
The hotel is simply fantastic.
All the staff are extremely friendly and always there for the guests.
The rooms are very clean and beautifully furnished. The food is consistently delicious and a dream for anyone with gluten intolerance or celiac disease.
Great hiking tours are offered, and the sauna and wellness area are also top-notch.
We would love to come back 😄

24/05/2025: Discovered by chance because we were staying nearby. It is a very nice restaurant with top dishes. We both had the surprise menu and each got different dishes. Which was strange at first, but then super fun and tasty because now you could taste and enjoy more. They were top products and top flavors with combinations of meat, vegetables and herbs from the region. Very light and healthy all. We will definitely come back here!
18/03/2025: Discovered by chance during an online search to book New Year's Eve dinner, I was pleasantly surprised by the particularity of the menu and by the captivating photos of the carefully prepared dishes which denote passion and a search for excellent quality raw materials.
Given the availability of the last table, and the kindness of those who answered my call, after all it was the evening of December 30th, I decided to book.
I thank the other restaurants that did not respond or were fully booked which allowed me to celebrate the 31st in style 💯 ...what else to add...top location and food, perfect kindness and hospitality
Congratulations to all the staff, kitchen and dining room... we will be back...

22/04/2025: A pochi passi dall’hotel dove soggiornavamo, comodo da raggiungere. Buona cena con proposte sia di carne che di pesce. Particolari gli abbinamenti di verdure come contorno ai secondi. Prezzi non modici. Personale disponibile.
23/03/2025: „Abendessen Sonntag Abend 19 h als alleinstehende Person“
*Kellner/Servicepersonal/Bedienmädchen freundlicher oder zuvorkommender Empfang von potenziellen Gästen/Kunden leider leider Fehlanzeige. Kein nettes Lächeln, sondern nur mürrisches Gesicht und eher Ablehnung gegenüber Gästen. Also nicht besonders einladender Empfang.
* Speisen sind grundsätzlich ok, regional & frisch. Preise sind noch im Rahmen, aber schon eher gehoben. Leider waren meine Speisen teilweise zu bemängeln. Gruß aus der Küche kam erst kurz nach der Vorspeise (Vitello Tonnato) dazu. Während ich noch mit dem letzten Drittel meiner Vorspeise beschäftigt war, wurde schon versucht das Hauptgericht an den Tisch zu bringen. Da ich aber noch mit der Vorspeise beschäftigt war, wurde das Hauptgericht wieder mitgenommen. Eine ganze Weile später war ich mit der Vorspeise fertig, dann wurde das Hauptgericht wieder an den Tisch gebracht. Weißer Spargel mit gekochtem Schinken, Kartoffeln & Bozenersosse >> hatte schon damit gerechnet, dass alles kalt an den Tisch kommt, aber der Spargel (war noch etwas hart) & die Kartoffeln wurden vermutlich in der Mikrowelle noch mal sehr stark erhitzt, daher habe ich mir fast den Mund/Lippe/Zunge verbrannt. 🙄 Aber immerhin besser als kalt. Dessert Erdbeer Panna Cotta >> kenne ich eher in festem Zustand, geschmacklich war es ganz ok, Konsistenz war eher eine Panna-Cotta-Creme.
* Meine Empfehlung an den Inhaber, BITTE explizit auf eine professionelle gastronomische Schulung des Personals Wert legen. Zeitlicher Ablauf in einem Gastronomiebetrieb, Umgangsformen gegen über Gästen/Kunden, so wie Freundlichkeit und aktiv auf potenzielle Kunden zugehen und eventuell Wünsche eingehen, oder nachfragen, ob der Gast zufrieden ist.
>> Daher mein Fazit >> nur drei PunkteBefriedigend meine Bewertung!

21/01/2025: A distanza di tanti anni ritorno in questo hotel. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene. Personale cortese e disponibile. Buon mangiare. Struttura rimasta invariata rispetto a anni fa. La nostra camera (probabilmente una di quelle vecchiotte), era una tripla, che però di tripla aveva molto poco (piccola e con il terzo letto aggiuntivo consistente in una scomoda brandina), ed era addirittura sprovvista di bidè nel bagno (cosa a mio modesto parere assurda). Nota di merito, la stanza giochi dedicata a bimbi (bella e ben curata) e la piscina (sempre quella) carina, pulita e ben riscaldata (l'acqua x' l'ambiente esterno alla piscina era un po meno riscaldato). Peccato per i chiassosi turisti stranieri che sono arrivati il venerdì pom, maleducati aimè.

08/12/2024: Leider war die Bedienung alles andere als freundlich. Sie will dass man schnell etwas trinkt und danach direkt geht. Dazu wurden wir auch aufgefordert, obwohl keine Leute auf den Tisch warteten, denn es war nicht viel los. Außerdem durften wir keine Karten spielen, obwohl wir gerade erst ein Getränk bestellt hatten. Uns wurde forsch gesagt, das sei verboten. Warum auch immer. Darauf bekamen wir keine Antwort. Schade, wenn man bedenkt, dass man im Urlaub gerne eine gemütliche Pause macht. Man hat den Eindruck, sie möchte die Gäste rauskehren. Leider ist das eine der einzigen Hütten, die aufhatte, sodass man gezwungen war, sich diesen unhöflichen Service häufiger geben zu müssen.
21/08/2024: All’arrivo della cabinovia a monte si trova questo bell’albergo ristorante che propone, oltre ai piatti del giorno extra menù, panini/piatti freddi (da € 5 a € 17) e pietanze calde prettamente tirolesi: zuppe (da € 8 a € 12,50), insalate (da € 6,50 a € 19!!), primi (da € 11 a € 17), secondi (da € 12 a € 36), burger (da € 19!) dolci (da € 3,50 a € 9), gelati (da € 2,20 a € 9), menù bimbi e colazione (€ 25) con prezzi medio-alti rispetto ad altri simili locali del parco, anche se il livello è leggermente superiore.
Dopo una gita in zona ci siamo fermati nel dehor per uno snack ed abbiamo ordinato una porzione di yogurt frutti di bosco (sufficiente nel sapore, ma prezzo eccessivo…€ 9), una coppa gelato (nella media) composta da 3 palline (fragola, vaniglia e stracciatella; € 9), una birra media alla spina Forst (cl 0,5/€ 6) ed un caffè (€ 1,70) per un totale di € 25,70…conto eccessivo rispetto alla qualità complessiva ed al servizio.
Il servizio è stato freddo ed abbiamo gentilmente dovuto chiedere più volte di essere serviti e, spiace dirlo, ma rispetto ad altri punti di ristoro della valle e del parco, il personale è stato poco empatico (almeno la signora bionda che ci ha servito) ed insolitamente poco ospitale per gli standard locali. …forse una giornata storta…(ma le lamentele arrivano da più tavoli di diversa nazionalità).
Torneresti?
No, per i motivi suddetti ma anche perché, in base alla mia esperienza, per gustare la cucina tirolese ci sono numerosi locali (e rifugi/malghe) migliori (qualitativamente ed economicamente) dove si viene accolti e salutati col sorriso.
