12/01/2025: What a beautiful setting with a stunning view. We ate at Le Vecchie Mura on out trip to San Gimignano in October. We had the porcini mushroom pasta and the truffle carbonara. Both the dishes were delicious. It was a beautiful night and so nice to be able to sit outside with a wonderful view. If you are going to be in San Gimignano, it is definitely worth it. Hard to find a better setting.

06/01/2025: Another very memorable place that we are. Highly recommendable!!! The best thing is that some of our best food experiences are by stumbling upon them. The waiter said initially no table available but he noticed our disappointment! He said if you can be done by 8 PM ( 1.5 hour dinner) he could get us tables. We said no problem. We all were memorized by the view. The setting was great, food delicious the wine was great as well. Overall a fantastic place to eat. Also the restaurant on the inside provides great ambiance. By the time we finished it was 9 PM, nobody rushed us. If I’m back here again, I will stop here to eat!!! Sorry no good photos of our dishes.

18/01/2025: Excellent pasta and sauces Varied but not too long menu. Clean and welcoming environment The owner or director and a collaborator: very kind, knowledgeable and sociable. Unfortunately another was shy and was a bit harsh when talking to us about the menu in an absolutely unnecessary way.
