17/08/2024: A contained and refined environment in the courtyard of an ancient renovated village. Delicious dinner (especially the truffle linguine) with excellent accompaniment of local wines. Extremely recommended!
12/08/2024: Unique panorama. You can actually say you can admire the sunsets from the Sienese hills. Attentive and polite staff. The cellar is good, let's say a 7 and 1/2. Tuscan food but reworked in a non-traditional way. Experience to be repeated.

01/12/2024: Very clean hotel, we were happy with the welcome and in general also with the dinner. The only flaw is that in the rooms you can hear other people, as if they were in your room🤦♂️, (perhaps too fine mutes).
28/11/2024: Restaurant that lives up to the fame that precedes it. The environment is very soft and makes dinner and tasting of the dishes pleasant, which are prepared with care and with excellent raw materials. I had never been there in many years but after having been there I will certainly return both for the goodness of the dishes (the cacciucco was excellent) and for the kindness and courtesy of the staff

01/05/2024: Sarà la quinta o sesta volta che vado e non c'è mai stato modo di fare un appunto negativo, ne per il servizio, ne per la qualità e il costo di quello che si mangia. Bravissimo il barman con i suoi cocktail pre e dopo cena, c'è una varietà di distillati notevole che lui sapientemente trasforma in bevande estremamente gradevoli e mai scontate. Bravi tutti, la pizza è veramente ottima, tre assolutamente sopra la media: angus, tonno e cipolla 2.0 e Ari. Di questo tipo di locali ne ho girati molti e posso dire che lo inserisco sicuramente tra i migliori. Tornerò spesso.
27/04/2024: Très convivial et accueillant, une carte focalisée sur l’essentiel : des pizzas généreusement garnies et de bons burgers. Les cocktails et bières pression sont également au rendez-vous. Bons desserts également pour bien terminer.
