09/11/2025: We ordered the Florentine steak and were deeply disappointed; it seemed like it had been cooked on a griddle (pot) and was above all tasteless.
The appetizers were good, so we recommend ordering something else.
The service also lacked empathy and was distant (almost distracted).
We expected much, much better!
What a shame.
01/11/2025: I don't know who gave this restaurant the award; maybe it was better before. But now everything is terrible: the food is tasteless (we ordered the set menu), the waiters are unfriendly, the service is poor (dirty plates sit on the table for a long time, they didn't take our order for 30 minutes, and the food took a very long time to prepare). Some dishes were ruined; for example, the appetizer was very bitter, but no one apologized or replaced the dish. For a dinner for two for €150, the quality is very poor.

24/11/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant because we were staying at the hotel. The food was excellent and the service was very friendly, polite, and attentive. The atmosphere was pleasant and the prices were fair. Recommended!

05/08/2025: €20 for a lampredotto sandwich, two stuffed courgettes, a ladleful of sweet and sour pickled onions, water, and coffee. Considering it's a self-service business lunch spot, the prices are absolutely insane, even though the food was delicious!
12/07/2025: For lunch with coworkers or simply as a tourist passing through, I recommend Pasqualetti.
A variety of first courses, second courses, and side dishes are available. Personally, I found everything to be good.
Portions are tailored to your needs and are weighed.
Trays are cleared away by the staff, who kindly ask if you'd like a coffee first.
Fair prices.
If I happen to pass through the artisanal area of Poggibonsi, I know where to eat.

19/02/2025: Un esperienza indimenticabile. I cibi ottimi e di prima qualità, personale gentilissimo. Ogni piatto servito in maniera impeccabile e cucinato con amore. Il titolare e lo staff meritano i più sentiti complimenti. Locale non molto grande ma super accogliente e ben curato, ci siamo sentiti coccolati .
