01/02/2025: For me it is a place that is really worth it. A two-hour journey, flying away in an instant, in which you are a passenger, for a flight to unknown countries. Impeccable service, poetry in the dishes. Excellent price/quality ratio.

Veniamo al cibo: ottimi il pane e la focaccia fatti in casa, nel menù degustazione abbiamo assaggiato ‘al buio’ piatti interessanti e piacevoli.

13/02/2025: As a family with our two daughters we had a very pleasant time. The pizzas were excellent with a particular thin dough and very appreciated by all our table. The young man who welcomed us was smiling. The service was great. The room is nice in the basement below the entrance but with a window and a beautiful view. We are out of season so we were alone and the waiter provided us with a successful musical atmosphere. Thank you for everything.

The pizzeria is a real gem! The pizza is delicious, with fresh, quality ingredients that make it unique. The pasta is light, crunchy and perfect in every detail, I tried the hemp dough and it was so good that I even ate the cornice, something I usually never do. But what makes it special is the welcoming atmosphere and the passion with which the owner prepares each dish. Every time it is an experience that makes you want to come back immediately. Highly recommended!

02/01/2025: Four of us had the pleasure of dining at Antico Ristoro Le Colombaie on a Thursday evening, and it was an experience to remember. While our lack of Italian presented a slight language barrier, the staff was incredibly accommodating, making sure we could navigate the menu and enjoy the meal fully.
We began with the flan and artichoke appetizers, both of which were beautifully presented and delicious. For mains, we savored the carbonara and boar ragu pastas, as well as the boar shank and beef filet. Each dish was expertly prepared, showcasing the flavors of the region with finesse.
Dessert was a triumph as well, and our waitress impressed us with her patience and knowledge, guiding us through the options. The house red wine was a perfect complement to the meal, rich and full-bodied without being overpowering.
The warm atmosphere and attentive service made this a standout dining experience. Antico Ristoro Le Colombaie is a must-visit for anyone seeking authentic Italian cuisine with a touch of elegance. Highly recommended!

04/10/2024: We absolutely loved the Pan di Strada restaurant in San Miniato Basso! We had the pleasure of enjoying two incredibly delicious burgers - juicy, inventive and made with fresh, high quality ingredients.
The pumpkin and spinach burger is an excellent combination. Every bite was a delight! The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and made us feel very welcome. The relaxed atmosphere and attention to detail round off the experience perfectly. A real insider tip for civic lovers. We will definitely be back and will also try the panini.

19/02/2024: Ci sono stato a pranzo,consigliato da un amico,che dire....scelta azzeccatissima!!! Siamo stati benissimo,locale carino e personale gentile e qualificato.
I piatti nn solo erano buonissimi ma anche abbondanti di quantità e di tartufo fresco.
Ci ritornerò sicuramente molto presto!
06/12/2023: Quando si vuole fare una cena con risultato certo ed ottimo si prenota da Francesco Gemignani.
I piatti sono spettacolari e con una spolverata di tartufo bianco si raggiunge l'estasi.
Uovo con tartufo bianco il mio preferito ma sono indimenticabili anche i tagliolini e la tartare.
Ragazze in sala presenti, professionali e simpatiche.

Très très mal Aimable
Nous avons voulu tourner la table de quelques centimètres pour admirer la vue ( on était que 3 )
On c'est fait engueuler
Du coup on fini nos apéro et tchao bye-bye
Elle était pas contente car elle avait mis une nappe (bonjour la propreté !,elle devrait changer de machine à laver)
A priori il y a une nappe que pour ceux qui mange ! (Encore une réflexion)
Du coup ma fille c'est fait traiter de menteuse car elle l'avait dit qu'on mangeait
Je mange pas dans des restos où on se fait engueuler et qu'il faut aller chercher nous même les commandes
Allez plutôt au Elssenza Del Mar (30 m plus haut à droite ils sont très bien)

19/01/2025: Posto un po' datato, avrebbe bisogno di essere un po' rimodernizzato, troppi tavoli,non si riusciva a muoversi,e troppa confusione, servizio apprezzabile,ma poco organizzato,cibo buono,ma c'è di meglio
23/08/2024: Ordinato due pizze da asporto, napoli e funghi+salsiccia, la prima discreta, la seconda ottima! Personale gentile.Dimensioni giuste e il conto per niente caro. Soddisfatto.

08/12/2024: Ho chiamato un mese prima per prenotare una cena, specificando di voler la pizza, mi è stato detto che non c’erano problemi. Arrivato li la pizza si scopre che non c’era piu. Prima di arrivare al ristorante un mio amico mi ha raccontato che pure lui ha prenotato specificando la pizza, ma arrivato li la pizza non veniva fatta e che avrebbero dovuto mangiare altre cose.
Vado a pensare dunque che questo è il loro modo per obbligare i clienti a mangiare altri piatti.

03/03/2024: Pasticceria molto buona e ben esposta. Il personale femminile gentile e sorridente. E sottolineo femminile perché il barista, ne sorridente ne veloce, gestisce il bar come se si fosse all’Interno di un circolino di paese. Anche in un momento di lavoro concitato come quello della domenica mattina continuava a lavorare con una flemma imperturbabile, senza degnare i clienti al banco, molti, ne di un buongiorno o di un grazie ne delle attenzioni dovute. L’unica sua passione lo scambio di battute, anche di cattivo gusto, con alcuni clienti abituali mentre altri clienti aspettavano la fine del teatrino per poter ordinare.
Sono convinto che un cliente debba trovare un ambiente neutro in cui l’atteggiamento del personale sia il più accomodante possibile e non il contrario. Oggi non è l’offerta che manca….
