16/08/2024: well, it takes a while to get there from Lucca but it's worth it. You go up from Fabbriche di Vallico to Palagnaia, along the valley. The place is nice, surrounded by the greenery of the valley, before dinner we also took a walk along a path in the woods. All that remains of the mill is the structure with the water discharge channels and the water wheel, the millstones are no longer there... there are the tables... we ate well, Tuscan appetizer, tordelli from Lucca, tagliolini with truffles, roasted cod. All very good and in quantity. The guys are good and welcoming. Nice evening with friends... go!... very positive.
