31/01/2025: I went to "The Food Factory" for a week for lunch, good choice (three first courses, three second courses), a first course + second course + side dish €11, nice location. Recommended for a good lunch break.

01/05/2025: Great choice among the options on the piazza at Fiesole. Solid menu, quick service and affordable.
30/04/2025: I read some reviews that say the dough is gummy, on the contrary I found the pizza very good. I'm also not one for Neapolitan pizza, but this was really good, crunchy and moist, you could hold the slice in your hand and it melted in your mouth. The seasoning was also good, I took the explosive (with nduja) and it didn't make me thirsty.
