25/02/2024: Cucina Pessima,Servizio Inesistente. Locale freddo,mi hanno messo vicino alla porta,con 5 gradi fuori,senza accendere riscaldamento, si lamentavano tutti per il freddo,non solo...... A peggiorare il tutto e che mi hanno portato la seconda portata, quando avevo appena iniziato a mangiare la prima,senza avvisarmi,quindi quando ho iniziato la seconda portata era ghiacciata. Il peggior ristorante cinese,della mia vita.....

14/12/2023: Questa sera io, il mio compagno e due nostri amici siamo venuti a cena qui: un antipasto 3 gatti (se non sbaglio costa 8€) da dividere in 3 ed era povero (pochissime cose), dopo io ho preso la pizza Bomba - 8€ (base margherita con prosciutto cotto, wurstel, pancetta e salsiccia, il salamino ho chiesto di non farcelo mettere) comunque si sentivano tutti i sapori tranne quello della pizza. Il mio compagno ha preso le penne con gamberetti e zucchine, prima che gli arrivasse il piatto lo chef si è avvicinato al nostro tavolo domandando al mio compagno se preferiva la cottura della pasta al dente o no (mah! siamo rimasti scioccati) poi durante la serata sia il pizzaiolo che lo chef portavano i piatti oltre alle 2 cameriere che stavano in sala (Ooook 🤨) Dopo la pizza io ho preso il tiramisù (manco quello era buono, più crema e rum che altro) Morale della favola: sconsigliatissimo. Si salva solo il fatto che l'accoglienza era di nostro gradimento, cordiali e gentili. Tutti e 4 insieme abbiamo speso: con 1 antipasto, 3 pizze, 1 primo, 3 dolci, una coca cola da 1 LT, una lattina di coca 0, un acqua naturale da 1 lt, 3 caffè, 1 orzo tazza grande 72,50€ P.s: il coperto non me lo ricordo quanto veniva.

15/01/2024: A place located in the center of Arezzo and which recently received a restyling which made it even more welcoming. The staff is always very friendly and professional. A good variety of pastries are on offer (even the empty croissant alone is delicious) and the cafeteria is excellent (the hazelnut cappuccino is crazy). Very fair quality-price ratio. It is a perfect place to have an early breakfast or to take a break during the day taking advantage of the tranquility offered by the place.

13/01/2024: The place has excellent potential: strategic position, nice place, tasty menu, free newspapers etc etc etc The problem is that the staff is INSUFFICIENT, there are only 2 girls, tireless and don't sit still for a moment, hard workers, na they are not enough at all! They don't have time to clear the table or reheat the pastries, so the waiting times are long and the tables often have dirty cups from those who were there before. Furthermore, we would need more food, the pasta runs out easily.

30/04/2024: A member of staff behaved in an uneducational way towards us, being very arrogant and aggressive towards us. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR TOURISTS

02/03/2024: Good food with some options different from the usual all you can eat options. Rice cooked perfectly. Everything is slightly behind in salt, but I don't mind. A little confusing service (they brought dishes that hadn't been ordered and vice versa) but with a good pace, not too fast.

05/02/2024: ..it is a place where it is very pleasant to spend time enjoying a high quality coffee shop..selected sweet and savory products, welcomed by polite, helpful…professional staff.. If you can't give up ice cream then, this is the right place even in winter or on melancholy days.. ..with the inevitable classic flavours, those without milk and flavors of the day.. ..an essential showcase that doesn't leave you dissatisfied .. ..it is a good product due to its structure (compact)..the creaminess..the sweetness at the right point..the coldness (as it should be)..the natural flavor which denotes the use of high quality ingredients don't skimp.. ..and served on wafer cones that are always crunchy or on very crumbly wafers with no intrusive aromas.. ..the quantities are generous at fair prices…….. ..but above all there is Leone who makes all this possible, always looking for the best and improvement... Thank you!
