25/07/2025: I order the fish couscous for 1pm and pick it up at 2pm, so there's little organization between the orders and the customers who take their food on the spot, so I wait for an hour. I notice several things including the lack of gloves, but I'm fine with that as long as the cook, after taking the mozzarella in water, removes the crumb from the sandwich and takes the tomato or slice or hamburger with his bare hands, doesn't wipe his hand frequently on his shirt (by the way, surely also sweaty in 40 degrees) and doesn't answer the phone or radio because the latter have a significant concentration of bacteria and germs! So be careful, cleanliness is the first thing! Then, to avoid ending up after the long wait, I go home to eat the long-awaited couscous but the fish was probably out so much that you could only taste the broth and I didn't find a single piece of fish even with the lantern! I call them to make them understand that doing the same job I wouldn't want to be taken for a ride.
