The rest is fine: the products are decent; the staff is knowledgeable.
On a negative note: they don't intervene to enforce shifts when there's a line at the cash register. This is a fairly serious problem because the place, which isn't to blame, is frequented by an exorbitant number of rude and indecent people, who often (if they realize you're not in their category...) brazenly skip past you in the checkout line during busy times. This is something I've never experienced anywhere else... so I took note, because it's happened here several times.
I recommend the cassatas; they make them particularly well in winter, and the cake is better than the "slices of cake."
11/07/2025: The quality of the arancini has returned to shine but it is not a place that offers any luxury or service to be so expensive in price.

11/07/2025: Everything was excellent, excellent service, very nice place, and superb pizza.
29/06/2025: To sit down we waited exactly 45 minutes with the reservation in the late evening, chips arrived half an hour after we ordered them, pizzas arrived exactly at 11:50 pm. Oily chips but good, very good pizzas, service, terrible service for how long we had to wait even though we had a reservation, oven quite small not able to deliver the pizza for the ground floor and the first floor to make the customer wait as little as possible for the pizzas.

28/08/2025: Not a great location, but the pizza is really good! I go back often and highly recommend it. Light dough and tasty toppings.
19/08/2025: I appreciate the effort to use whole-wheat and multi-grain flour, but we want even more bran and germ in the dough, up to 100%.
In the photo: whole-wheat dough on the left; white flour in the center (avoid for your health); multi-grain flour on the right.
As you can see, the bran bits aren't noticeable. What a shame!
If you improve the dough further in the future, I'll give you 5 stars.

08/07/2025: I've been coming to this place for almost two years now, and I've only had one bad experience, perhaps because it changed management in that time. Otherwise, I have to say it's the only good all-you-can-eat place worth going to (considering that I always drive almost an hour to get here). The staff is friendly, kind, and always helpful. The food is good (especially the seared salmon nigiri, which are absolutely delicious!). The place is beautiful, and most importantly, the bathrooms are always clean, which is a plus. The staff is also very attentive to their guests' well-being. We're always seated near the window overlooking the street, and they always come to close or open the curtains depending on where the sun shines. I highly recommend this place; it's become our favorite hangout for my family and I.
