Management is advised to review the counter staff's approach so that the customer experience is consistent with the high quality of the sandwich.

19/10/2025: Bad experience, almost an hour just to order, another two hours for the food to arrive, presumptuous waiters, absurd prices and finally increases on the bill. It's a shame because the location is beautiful but it is not well managed.
