27/04/2024: I only give 5 stars because there are no more, we were welcomed as if we were friends, the dishes were explained to us one by one, with even a hint of the recipe, in practice they made us "live" the real traditional Sicilian cuisine, the dishes were simply amazing, we rediscovered flavors from childhood, tastes and aromas that our grandmothers made us try on Sundays, the bill more than commensurate with what we ate. And at the end, as a treat, a splendid and engaging tour of the Randazzo districts, with absolutely non-didactic explanations of the history of the city, thanks to you and in particular to Davide

13/11/2023: Buongiorno, ieri con la mia famiglia e parenti (undici persone) siamo stati ospiti del Sig. Alfredo, inizio con il dire che la location è signorile ed elegante all'interno, mentre l'esterno con i suoi spazi enormi ti permette di ammirare il posto in cui uno si trova. Passiamo al cibo, tutto dagli antispasti al primo e ai secondi veramente deliziosi e tutto di ottima qualità, tutto accompagnato con del vino di ottima degustazione. Concludo, salutando e ringraziando il Sig. Alfredo della sua gentilezza e cortesia su tutto, e il Sig. Salvatore per la pazienza e cortesia che avuto con noi nel servirci. Sicuramente a presto ( anche per scoprire le Vostre pizze).

03/11/2023: Posto veramente eccezionale un tuffo nel passato, personale gentilissimo, siamo stati a cena: davvero ottimo, e alla fine la ciliegina sulla torta.. un tour veloce nel bellissimo castello del 700..consigliatissimo!
