Already the presence of the dining room gives a foretaste of the excellent delicacies with a verbal and mimic exposition that describes to the mind the dishes that can be ordered. I won't take away the pleasure of listening to this gastronaut with his kind and elegant manners who will explain every step of the individual dishes in great detail. But know one thing when he describes the succulent dishes, don't get distracted..... When he says for example sausage cut on the tip of a knife, experienced firsthand it is truly like this, the difference is in the taste that you can separate the flavor of the meat from the flavor of the lard from the fennel flavour, you realize this in the fact that the meat is not a shapeless mush but a sequence of well-seasoned pieces that leave a unique impression on the taster's palate.
