Not being a pizza expert, I can't judge the dough, but I can say I've never had a stomach ache the next day. The owner's constant attention to detail is evident in his search for the right, well-balanced pairings to bring out the best in the flavors of the ingredients and, ultimately, the pizza. After coming there for a while, I can say they also refine their wine selection, always striving for perfection in the all-round culinary experience. On weekends, you'll find a friendly, attractive young woman taking your orders! Overall, a favorable experience, and I'd recommend it to anyone!
