28/02/2026: Lunch for two adults and a baby during the off-season. Five-star service; five-star food, probably our best culinary experience during a week in Sicily. The pasta was to die for. Fresh ingredients, perfectly prepared. Typically Sicilian with a little twist. Thank you.

17/03/2026: The restaurant is preserved in its old-fashioned style, with a large oven where the chicken is grilled, adding to the atmosphere. We tried everything for about 14 euros; two hungry people ate their fill. I recommend the cold vegetable salad.

22/03/2026: There were six of us at Panineria Ino. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't the best. We had a reservation for 9:30 PM and arrived on time, but we had to wait almost half an hour before being seated. The atmosphere was very noisy, and the tables were far too close together: waiters struggled to get through and often bumped into chairs and customers.
The service was sloppy and a bit chaotic. While we were choosing our orders, some waiters were lifting tables, and one of the legs hit me on the head. The food was average, nothing special, and the prices seemed a bit high for what they offered.
Overall, an experience that could be improved, especially in terms of organization, customer service, and space management.
22/03/2026: A cozy grill restaurant in a strategic location in the city's growing area. Unlimited parking is available. The decor is fairly simple, yet welcoming. The large windows make it extremely bright. The attentive management of the owner, who is always kind and empathetic, makes it a pleasant and enjoyable place to visit. The food is good quality and the service is attentive. Prices are reasonable. The lunchtime opening is also a great choice. It's a good idea.
