Dalla prima all'ultima portata, è stata un'esperienza culinaria che ha superato ogni aspettativa. L'atmosfera era semplicemente perfetta.
13/07/2025: Esperienza culinaria magnifica…. Proprietaria gentile e professionale … tutto squisito.. prodotti di qualità… da provare i fiori di zucca ripieni e i ravioli buonissimi.. esperienza sicuramente da rifare…

23/06/2025: Servizio deludente.
Ho ordinato telefonicamente, indicando con precisione l’orario di ritiro richiesto. Al mio arrivo, con grande sorpresa, mi è stato detto che il cibo non solo non era pronto, ma non era nemmeno stato iniziato. Il tutto accompagnato da modi scortesi e un atteggiamento indisponente. La frase che mi è stata rivolta – “se lo vuoi devi aspettare, altrimenti questo non è locale per te” – è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Un'esperienza deludente che purtroppo mi spinge a non tornare più. Da evitare.

21/10/2025: A very welcoming place, as far as the food is concerned I can say without a doubt that the food is excellent, not to mention the sandwiches are exceptional.
19/10/2025: A very nice place, ideal for a different kind of evening in Caltagirone. The sandwiches, meat, and food in general have always left me satisfied...the homemade fries, in particular, are truly excellent. The new location has a lovely atmosphere.
Unfortunately, I must report some organizational issues that have persisted for years (as confirmed by some previous reviews). For example, from the moment you arrive, it can take up to half an hour to receive the menu, another twenty minutes to place your order (which only takes one person), and about an hour for the dishes to arrive. I heard other customers, at least when I went, complaining about this.
Furthermore, the place gives the impression of having more tables than the space allows, which makes it a bit awkward for waiters and customers to move around, and the noise level in the room tends to be quite high.
Despite this, if you can overlook the long wait and some disorganization, Ino Pan'Ino d'Autore remains a place I recommend for its lovely atmosphere, the quality of the food, and the staff.

03/10/2025: Good quality pizzeria and restaurant. We only tried the pizza, which was a good size, and we chose from a variety of flavors, all of which were reasonably good.
Very punctual with preparation times, efficient service. Excellent cleanliness, and modern, bright decor. Prices are average. Good experience.
01/09/2025: The pizza was excellent and came out of the plate with plenty of toppings.
