06/06/2026: Food was very poor quality. The red house wine was undrinkable.The desserts were bland and at best. Do not recommend this establishment.

27/05/2026: This place is terrific! The food is fresh, delicious, very well priced and plentiful! The service was excellent and it is very convenient to the archaeological site of Tharros and gorgeous beaches. The perfect place to eat in a perfectly beautiful place! Thank you!

09/03/2026: What a wonderful discovery! We were here for the Zipola festival and enjoyed a delicious €35 menu created especially for the festival. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the dishes were delicious and plentiful, made with local ingredients.

17/05/2026: We sat down at 9:00 PM and waited over two hours for three pizzas and a steak, two of which arrived cold, as did the grilled vegetables served with the steak. One pizza was brought to us the wrong one. When we reported the wrong pizza, we were told it was the right one... and then they took the wrong pizza and threw it aside... An endless wait for all the tables; many people at the adjacent tables got up and left without even eating. When it came time to pay the bill, we weren't given receipts, and we even got the wrong change. Never an apology for the endless wait... never again, too bad.

17/05/2026: On May 16th, we booked a table for 9:45 PM. From the very first moment, our welcome indicated organizational issues between the crowded restaurant and the takeout service. After about ten minutes of waiting, we were assigned a table. They took our order and delivered our drinks almost immediately. From then on, the wait for our pizzas became interminable. After an hour and a half of waiting, we decided to ask about our pizzas, but no response. The third person we asked for information, hoping for an immediate response, told us that "we still had to wait about ten minutes" and that they had problems with the oven. After a 10-minute wait at 11:18 PM, while they were still serving the other tables, we decided to get up and go pay for the drinks. At checkout, the cashier, sounding like she wanted to be right, told us "that our pizzas were in the oven" and that "it wasn't her fault if people weren't coming to work." At 11:30 PM, we had to find something to eat, especially since we had drunk beer and were unable to drive. That said, we will never return to Alchimista and DO NOT RECOMMEND going there. The only positive note was that they had the decency to not charge us a cover charge.
