26/01/2025: NOTHING LIKE BEFORE, WE HAVE BEEN SEVERAL TIMES TO THIS RESTAURANT BOTH FOR THE MODEST CUISINE AND FOR THE VERY CAREFUL AND ATTENTIVE SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER'S NEEDS (I DO NOT REMEMBER THE NAME OF THE ROOM MANAGER) HIGHLY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL, THIS TIME UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS NOT LIKE THIS... INEDIBLE PIZZA! UNQUALIFIED STAFF FOR THE RESTAURANT WHO ARE... I WOULD SAY UNHAPPY WITH THEIR WORK (CHANGE JOBS) VERY BAD!
21/01/2025: To forget!! Change of management??
I booked this restaurant for a dinner with friends because I remembered a very good gourmet pizza, friendly and professional staff and a nice atmosphere. The place undoubtedly remains very refined and elegant but what I learned right away is that the staff is not up to par with the location. The dining room staff, or at least the two girls who served our table, showed little empathy, kindness and above all professionalism, it almost seemed like they were doing us a favor by taking the lead! The waiter is a good job, you need passion, competence and courtesy, those beautiful characteristics that we didn't find in the Kelos staff!! Let's now move on to the pizza, the soul of the dinner, the reason that had made me want to book at Kelos that Saturday evening!! Let me start by saying that I have been to this restaurant several times, and I have always been able to enjoy a good gourmet pizza! But this time, something went wrong! Apart from the wait, although the room was populated by a few other tables but nothing unmanageable, but let's ignore it since it is of little importance compared to the appearance of the dish that arrived on the table!! A rounded pizza, of the same diameter for all the guests, the distance between the edge and the tomato sauce was identical for each pizza, which made me think of the skill and precision of the master pizza chef, a true feat of engineering! A crunchy edge so as not to call it dry, also difficult to swallow, tasteless seasoning that was not at all reminiscent of the pizza published on the social pages, among the reviews, and those of the other times we have been! A pizza that was reminiscent of the frozen ones in supermarkets with the difference in price, which was disproportionate and very high compared to the quality, which was almost non-existent! Of course, everyone likes frozen pizza, I challenge anyone to never have eaten it, at home, on the sofa while waiting for their favorite film, but not in a refined place like this one that peddles photos of a product that it doesn't actually serve to its own. clients !!! We can understand a bad day, but nothing has been done to remedy it! I believe that the level of kelos has dropped considerably, which is why it will be one of those few places that we will never frequent again and I hope not even anyone who will find these reviews around the web!!

We have being waiting for more then 15 minutes without even got a menu to choose from! ( with 2 little kids and nearly empty restaurant). I can’t imagine how they manage to serve during the summer season?!
Very careless staff ( especially the lady that gave us a table, very unpleasant and unprofessional ). She is being chatting with the people next table without even have a look at us.
Very disappointed and definitely not recommending this place.
19/10/2024: Disgusting, we ordered 4 seafood pizzas which arrived after 4 hours with 3 kilos of potariga and that was all we could taste

22/02/2025: Pizza molto buona, proposte originali, locale carino diverso dal solito, servizio adeguato al locale e personale molto cortese, anche il proprietario molto gentile e aperto ad ascoltare il cliente, ripeto pizza ottima , per quanto riguarda il dessert , ho preso un semifreddo al pistacchio che onestamente non entusiasmava , molto buono invece tiramisù e il tortino al cioccolato preso dagli altri amici, complessivamente buona esperienza in questo locale pizza ottima

Pizza buonissima e staff gentilissimo. Per non parlare dei bellissimi arredi che rendono il locale davvero originale e molto bello!
Non so se la prossima volta riuscirò a rinunciare alle ottime pizze per altri piatti che, a detta di amici, pare siano altrettanto buoni :)

19/10/2024: Oscuro... no puedo leer el menú. Cócteles muy caros. Solo los taburetes altos para sentarse son incómodos. Nada de cerveza de barril. Cerveza Julup cerca cierra para finales de temporada de septiembre, así que se recomendó probar aquí.

02/10/2024: Just stopped by to get some ice cream. The tourist in front of me gets a two-flavor ice cream with a wafer cone and paid €4 for it. I ask the same for myself and he gives me a classic cone and also asks me €4 for payment. I ask him why it cost the same and he tells me that the two flavors have that price. So I ask him that I preferred it with the waffle like the one before me. After grumbling a bit he takes and throws the ice cream in the garbage. He prepares me ice cream with the wafer and gives me almost half of what he just threw away... to level the playing field, I threw it away too. Compliments to the attendant, you don't make us look good at all if you treat customers this way.

16/03/2025: Super recommended if you want to feel bad.
Allergens not specified on the menu, super lactose intolerance and they make a "carbonara" with cream.
seafood carbonara with ONLY cuttlefish (insisting above all that the other ingredients were present in the middle of the spaghetti).
Rib steak with baked potatoes? FORGET THE POTATOES, they bring them fried and make you pay for them separately. Ah yes, the meat was raw (not rare, RAW). absurd waiting times (the room was completely empty). Nothing else to say, if you want to feel bad, highly recommended!!
p.s. a Spanish couple next to my table received a plate of spaghetti with seafood where clams received only the shells.
16/03/2025: Absolutely disappointing, as soon as we arrived outside we were called in a nice way by the waiter, so far it also seemed promising. We sit down, order two ribs of beef with baked potatoes (included), a classic carbonara and a seafood carbonara. The ribs arrive with 2 portions of french fries, even though the menu said baked, he apologizes for the mistake, doesn't give a damn and leaves. Initially we wait for the 2 remaining dishes to arrive but, after 20 minutes, still nothing. As soon as we arrived, we realized that there was octopus in the seafood carbonara, even though it had been specified to us that it wasn't there, and both were made with the addition of cream. We ask to change the dish and they bring us a carbonara with cuttlefish (the promised seafood mix is totally absent). At that point we take our complaints to the waiter and after trying to justify ourselves by passing it off as some oversight on our part (impossible) my friend orders a schnitzel. Another half hour passes and not even a sign of the cutlet, quite annoyed we get up from the table and decide to leave, when we get to the cashier they give us some really poor excuses and, as if that wasn't enough, the baked potatoes (then fried) which should have been included in the price of the rib were made to pay separately. €90 wasted.
I advise anyone against having this terrible experience, there are many beautiful places in Olbia, don't make the same mistake as us.

03/10/2024: A dinner to remember, the treatment from Gianni and all his waiters was exceptional. In few dinners we have had such a good time and eaten just as well.
A highly recommended site!

07/01/2025: Arrived from Sassari convinced by the menu and the possibility of Latin American dancing after dinner.
In order:
dinner was something horrible regardless of the timing of table service.
The starters:
served on the plate, the land ones were laughable to say the least and the sea ones decidedly inedible. The adjective insipidity is the most delicate.
The first:
The fregola had no flavor of the sea which certainly remained off the Gulf of Olbia and was also served cold. The culurgiones (3 mini ones) cold like mom made them were seasoned like you know.
The seconds:
The pork is scarce for two people, let alone for four, accompanied by baked potatoes, all at the ideal temperature of the night under the Christmas stars of Olbia.
Around midnight the legendary prawns arrived, looking not bad at all cold like when they arrive in port on fishing boats but after so many delicacies served previously and sated beyond belief we decide to send them back.
The drinks are the only positive thing because they were adequate for the temperature of the food, the red was undrinkable, the coke was definitely excellent.
Sparkling wine and pandoro are a happy surprise.
While the music goes crazy, the evening advertised as "Latin American" begins, which I can also move on by understanding the need to satisfy the geriatrics department present in the room but the amazing thing is given by the service of the waiters who had already distinguished themselves previously for a slight incompetence reaching its peak during the dances by continually confiscating the glasses from the table even though even a blinded Polyphemus would have seen the full bottles on the table and also the legendary coca cola.
In closing I can say with a fair amount of confidence that I will never set foot in this restaurant again.
If you are not able to manage the New Year's Eve dinner, it is better to open the menu with a musical evening....

17/07/2024: Piccolo laboratorio defilato in periferia. Storico. Di grande qualità. Provate la differenza di gusto e soprattutto di morbidezza dei tipici dolcetti sardi. Una garanzia. Ci torniamo ogni anno per portare sul continente le delizie. Buono anche il prezzo al chilo.
