16/02/2026: I had a truly wonderful time. The atmosphere is refined and pleasant, perfect for a relaxing moment. The service was very welcoming and attentive: the staff was kind, helpful, and always smiling. It was an absolutely positive experience that I recommend to anyone in the area looking for a pleasant experience. I'll definitely be back!

15/02/2026: Valentine's Day dinner included both a fixed menu for €90 per person and an à la carte menu. We chose the fixed menu, plus a bottle of wine (€60) and an extra raw appetizer (4 scampi and 4 shrimp), without the price being listed. It should be noted that on the menu, an appetizer with 2 oysters, 2 truffles, 2 red or purple shrimp, 2 scampi, tartare, and baby cuttlefish costs €58. The cod they served us was so salty we had to leave it alone, and the beetroot entree was the same. The service and ambiance were pleasant. Final bill: €360 for two. The additional appetizer cost €112, a completely outrageous amount. When we called to clarify, the price was confirmed (€200/kg), all with an unprofessional attitude and giggles over the phone. 30/05/2026: My experience at Costa Sarda Pizzaria in Pittulongu, Sardinia, was sad and disappointing. The main issue is discourteous management and a lack of organization. We ordered a single simple pizza and were given a written pickup time of 8:45 PM, approximately ten minutes later. When that time arrived, I politely approached the counter to ask about the order and was told that the pizza was in the oven. I waited another 15 minutes and, at 9:00 PM, asked again. I received the same answer: the pizza was in the oven. I explained that my dog was waiting in the car with a friend and that, if the order was not ready, it would be better to cancel it. The manager responded rudely, stating that they do not accept cancellations and that the pizza was still in the oven. After 40 minutes of waiting, I was again told that the pizza was in the oven. At one point, one of the staff members began gesturing unnecessarily and dramatically, claiming that he was going to retrieve the pizza. Even so, another 10 minutes passed, and the only information we received was that the pizza was still in the oven.At that point, I stated that this explanation was no longer credible and insisted on canceling the order. The response came with abrupt gestures: the manager threw part of the refund money onto a plate and informed me that she would not provide a full refund because the drinks had been given. I accepted the partial refund and left the premises. What bothered me most was not the delay itself. Delays happen. The real issue was the lack of transparency, the refusal to cancel an order that had not been delivered within a reasonable time, and the disrespectful manner in which customers are treated. The overall impression is of a business showing signs of insufficient staffing or training, combined with inadequate operational procedures. The owners should seriously review their customer service practices, particularly the conduct displayed at the cashier desk and by management. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone who expects to be treated with basic respect as a customer. I would also encourage local consumer protection and regulatory authorities to pay attention to the establishment.

10/10/2025: I understand that the evening wasn't the best for a Wednesday in late September, a two-table evening... But the food wasn't up to par, and the service was nonexistent... It's a shame, despite the somewhat unremarkable location, the place isn't bad. It even seems to be aiming for a fairly modern and innovative feel, but the results leave much to be desired... The only positive note was the well-cooked amberjack in the CBT! I definitely won't be returning!

14/09/2025: We were here today. A truly super positive experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the atmosphere was refined, the music was classy, ​​and the food was truly superb. We had a Barbagia pizza and a Carloforte pizza. They were truly excellent. Not to mention the desserts! We'll be back often.

30/09/2025: This place cannot be recommended under any circumstances. The service and pizza are poor quality, misshapen, and poorly made. The restroom needs renovation, with broken pieces. Unfortunately, everything is sloppy, and the poor service is a contributing factor.

26/09/2025: Mixed reviews. The restaurant doesn't look like much. Despite the small crowd, the service wasn't the most responsive. The waiter directed me to a strawberry panna cotta (advertised in English), when in fact it was the cherry coulis (which I don't recommend, by the way; it has a very chemical taste). However, the dishes were excellent, both the lobster linguine and the tomato and basil roccota ravioli!

02/10/2025: The restaurant presents itself with great ambitions, but the reality failed to live up to expectations, due to a completely unsustainable quality-price ratio. The cuisine, rather than surprising, left an impression of small-scale and lackluster character, with offerings that are unjustified by such an ambitious menu. The service, courteous and attentive, remains the best aspect, even if not impeccable. In the end, one is left with the feeling of having paid for the idea rather than the substance.
