02/02/2026: A fantastic pastry shop with a selection of vegan products, including pasticciotto. The owner passionately explained to us how the name "Dolce Salute" (Sweet Health) is the motto this pastry shop believes in.
03/10/2025: We contacted the pastry shop for our wedding.
The cake was excellent, and all our guests loved it, as they were amazed that it was gluten- and lactose-free. The ice cream (coconut and mango) was also excellent, and not only tasted great, it was a perfect ending to the meal.
The spectacular cake was also stunning, and everyone was amazed. Highly recommended for anyone with dietary restrictions, and more.

10/03/2026: The atmosphere is sad and gloomy. The food is pleasant, but the service leaves a little to be desired. There are worse things to be seen.
18/02/2026: A pleasant discovery in the Galatone countryside: a farmhouse immersed in nature and silence, tucked away and fortunately far from the Salento nightlife. The culinary offerings are excellent, ranging from typical dishes to simple, traditional fare. Nothing particularly elaborate, but everything is good and substantial. The bill is reasonable (€30/person). The service is a delight 😉. Would I return? Yes.
