05/03/2026: My experience at Peppe Zullo in Orsara di Puglia was simply extraordinary—one of those lunches that stays in your heart.
As soon as you arrive, you're immersed in an authentic atmosphere rooted in the land and traditions of Puglia, in a carefully curated and evocative setting amidst hills and vegetable gardens that reflect the philosophy of the farmer-chef.
The food was truly memorable: authentic and flavorful dishes, prepared with locally grown or selected ingredients. Each course expresses a profound connection to the local gastronomic culture—from the homemade orecchiette to the borage parmigiana to the impeccably cooked rabbit.
The presentation is elegant but not overbearing, highlighting the quality of the ingredients and the chef's ability to enhance their flavors. The service was welcoming and attentive, making the experience truly enjoyable.

17/02/2026: Today, my partner, two friends, and I decided to eat at this wonderful place located in a narrow alley in Orsara di Puglia. The staff was immediately friendly and courteous, welcoming us with a warm smile. As soon as we entered, we immediately noticed this very characteristic and unique ancient bakery, where the owner's son explained to us a bit about its history. As soon as we were seated, we were served many traditional dishes that were nothing short of spectacular... I will definitely be back and I recommend everyone to have this wonderful experience, visiting this ancient bakery and especially tasting their dishes. Congratulations to all the staff.

16/03/2026: Sunday lunch at Posta Guevara.
The menu offered several courses, and everything was delicious, especially the appetizers. The meal was enjoyable, and the time passed quickly between courses.
Friendly service and a quiet atmosphere—a good choice for a Sunday meal.
08/03/2026: SHAMEFUL, STARTING WITH THE OWNER. WE CALLED AT 8 PM TO RESERVE FOR 3 PEOPLE AT 9:30 PM AND THE ANSWER WAS “YES, NO PROBLEM” WE ARRIVED THERE AND THE LADY (EVEN THOUGH WE HAD RESERVED) TOLD US THAT SHE DIDN’T EVEN HAVE A TABLE. WE WAITED FOR THEM TO ORGANIZE AND AS SOON AS WE SIT DOWN IN A CORNER NEAR THE ENTRANCE THE TWO LARGE DOGS STARTED TO COME IN. I AM ALLERGIC TO DOG AND CAT HAIR AND I MADE THIS KNOWN TO HAVE THEM LEAVE AND THEY TOLD US “OK, THEY ARE NOT GOING TO ANNOY YOU” FIRST OF ALL, THE DOG WAS UNDER OUR TABLE AND ALL THIS WAS HUNTING!!! AFTER WE ORDERED, THE OWNER NOTICED WE HAD A DIRTY TABLECLOTH AND CHANGED IT. ONLY AFTER WE FINISHED THE APPETIZER DID THEY REMEMBER TO BRING US WINE. THEN WE HAD TO WAIT 1:30 BEFORE ASKING WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR MAIN COURSE. THE OWNER DECIDED TO BRING US THE BILL. AFTER AN EXHAUSTING WAIT, WHAT WE HAD ORDERED ARRIVED, OR MAYBE BECAUSE THE FRIED FOOD I HAD ORDERED WAS MIXED, BUT IT WAS Brought TO ME WITH ONLY A FEW LITTLE FISH. THANK GOODNESS THE GIRL WHO TOOK OUR ORDER UNDERSTOOD THAT THE KITCHEN HAD MADE A MISTAKE. WE PAID, AND THE AWESOME OWNER COULDN'T EVEN LOOK US IN THE FACE TO APOLOGIZE. FIRST SHE MADE US PAY, AND THEN SHE SHOWED US IF EVERYTHING WAS RIGHT. I'VE BEEN WORKING IN THE RESTAURANT INDUSTRY FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS, AND I'VE NEVER SEEN AN OWNER INCAPABLE OF DOING HER JOB. WE WERE IGNORED BY THE ENTIRE STAFF. SHAME, NEVER AGAIN!
