But let's get to the food: this is where Ristodante really shines. We started with some appetizers that were a real riot of fresh flavors and high-quality ingredients. Then, we tried both the restaurant dishes and the pizzas, and we were amazed by the mastery with which each dish is prepared. The pizza is undoubtedly among the best I have ever tasted: light dough, very fresh ingredients and a perfect balance of flavors. The restaurant dishes, on the other hand, offer a touch of innovation while maintaining a strong link with culinary tradition. Every bite is a delight! The service is impeccable: the staff is attentive, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. They make you feel at home, but with the professionalism of a high-level venue.
