04/03/2025: A year ago, during a company dinner, I spent over 800 euros. At the time of the bill, the owner offered bitters and grappa to the company. Without any pretension, I asked for a gin and tonic, receiving in response a sarcastic 'Now let's exaggerate'. I paid for my drink without any problems, because fortunately I don't need offers. I even refused bitters and paid for them myself for my employees. But one thing stuck in my mind: does the difference in cost between a gin and tonic and a bitter really justify such a comment? The mentality of an entrepreneur is measured in welcoming and respecting the customer, certainly not in ostentation. As for me, I won't set foot there again.

05/03/2024: Arrivo senza prenotazione un martedì sera. Locale molto curato nel centro storico ma semivuoto. Con un rapido sguardo noto un paio di tavoli da due posti non apparecchiati. Con aria sufficiente vengo acconto in mezzo al salone (magari un servizio di accoglienza all’ingresso se vuoi fare lo stellato potresti anche metterlo!). Davanti a me tre persone anche loro spaesate ed in cerca di qualcuno che indichi loro cosa fare. È il mio turno e chiedo un tavolo per uno. Ehhh mi ssspiace i siggnori hanno prenotato! Buon per loro ! Per me non c’è posto e i due tavoli non apparecchiati tali rimangono. Tornerò sicuramente… disse Pinocchio! Un occhio al menù: prezzi più alti della media della città e piatti che non hanno nulla di “speciale”. Forse paghi la cortesia
