14/12/2025: There is always a first time. This was ours: leaving a restaurant before ordering. Upon arrival, I asked if there was a table for two. The person in charge said it was full inside and vaguely suggested we go “outside,” despite the temperature being around 1°C and no visible guests there. His attitude was openly annoyed, his explanations mumbled and unclear—surprising, given that I speak Italian at a C1–C2 level. Only after being sent out did it become apparent that “outside” referred to a covered and heated structure to the side—something that could have been explained in one sentence or shown in ten seconds. We attempted to sit at a table for two, only to find both chairs covered in bird droppings. A nearby table was slightly less dirty, so we moved there. While looking for tissues to clean the chairs ourselves, the person in charge returned, curtly told us we couldn’t sit there, and walked away. No explanation. No alternative. No courtesy. At that point, we decided to leave. If the food reflects the same standards as the service and hygiene, skipping the meal felt like the right choice.

09/11/2025: Everything was excellent, so much choice!!

05/10/2025: The restaurant has been renovated and doubled in size. The staff can't cope. The wait times are exorbitant. No longer recommended.

04/10/2025: Orders haven't arrived after over 2 hours, despite repeated inquiries. It used to be great here, which is a real shame.

01/01/2026: SCAMMED, we paid €8 for very simple sandwiches, only to discover they'd made fewer than we'd paid for (even too much). Rude staff.

01/01/2026: Rude staff, takeout sandwiches ordered were only partially prepared and delivered (even though they had been paid for). At least the portions were generous.
