12/08/2026: For lunch here today, we had a typical dish from these valleys, called Ganefla, giant potato gnocchi topped with a ton of toma and gorgonzola... what can I say, superb!
And then the desserts were truly excellent and beautifully presented.
I recommend walking there; there's a lovely walk from the center of Sauze d'Oulx that takes you there in about 35-40 minutes.
We ate on the terrace overlooking the mountains, and the staff was friendly, kind, and attentive.
Highly recommended 🤗
