04/08/2024: Un incubo a dir poco....se andavamo al mc mangiavamo sicuramente meglio!
Ordinato un cheesburger che tutto era tranne quello....pane freddo senza essere stato nemmeno scaldato infatti sembrava gomma e già dal primo morso mi accorgo che la carne sembrava cruda, al che chiediamo spiegazioni alla cameriera la quale ci risponde in maniera scorbutica con testuali parole"io sono vegetariana avete sbagliato persona" con tutto il rispetto ma a sto punto sei tu ad aver sbagliato mestiere visto che con la carne vuoi o non vuoi ci devi ad aver a che fare!
Dopo poco si affaccia dal balcone il cuoco (eravamo seduti fuori nel "dehors") e mi viene detto che non era cruda ma che all interno loro usano la barbabietola....e me lo dici dopo che lo sto mangiando?! E se fossi stata allergica? Almeno scrivetelo sul menu!
Ma la cosa più assurda è stato il bacon, richiesto anche da me.....messo all'interno del panino così senza neanche essere abbrustolito....voglio dire la cosa più facile da fare che davvero se sapevo di dover mangiare una cosa del genere me lo facevo a casa che almeno so come si fa! Sconsiglio vivamente a chi non vuole averlo sullo stomaco tutta la serata...a mai più!

20/12/2024: I ordered a Bing-shaped cake from the owner Stefano the day before for Sunday 15 December, for my child's 2-year-old birthday, spectacular cake, everyone complimented it and did an encore, what can I say, thank you very much for your kindness and availability. I would give 10 stars if there were
20/12/2024: I often come to the pastry shop to delight in a coffee and maybe some croissants, but one day I ordered 2 coffees and two croissants to eat with my sister. When going to pay the bill the cashier allowed herself to joke by saying "eh, now I won't let people weighing over 120kg in anymore". I, thinking that he was angry with another customer, didn't give it too much thought and not even my sister noticed anything, being a not too thin person, I let it go and gave it the benefit of the doubt. After 30 seconds, the pastry chef (also not a very thin guy) approached and said the exact same thing, looking at me. Not having connected, I overlooked it again, but I was already starting to have doubts. What really disappointed and pissed me off was that she allowed herself to repeat the same words again, with the addition of "don't get upset, you should put her on a diet". I've been silent out of respect, but I'll definitely never go back in there again.

19/03/2024: The last review I see before the one I'm writing is from a guy who was at Banco on the same days I was there. On the same evening that my partner and I were nibbling at Banco, there were three 'non-Italian' tables. Treat yourself like any diner, with respect and cheerfulness. Always take reviews with a grain of salt, as they are often rude, frustrated people who take it out on those who work in the restaurant industry.
We arrived at Banco at the suggestion of a friend who is an expert in the sector (butcher and owner of a natural wine shop). We thought we would just nibble, but after three tastings we were full and very satisfied. Delicious sausage, very delicate Barolo salami but above all MAGNIFICENT PUNTARELLE (and this is coming from someone who doesn't like pickles in oil).
A pleasure to drink here at Andrea's, we can't wait to return!
16/03/2024: Rudest staff I encountered by far in Torino. Not a bit of respect to the customer. The guy in the bar told me he cannot serve me without further explanation and started to swear at me in Italian. Considering that i am a foreign student living in Italy i see this as a pure act of racism. Never felt that humiliated in my life.
Very hostile, unprofessional and uneducated staff. Besides the wines are very expensive. Don’t go near this place , just a friendly warning.

22/11/2024: I've tried lots of all you can eat options. This definitely beats them all, it has a complete menu from oriental to Italian cuisine, starters, first courses, second courses, side dishes, specialties... I really didn't know how to start ordering. Clean and fragrant place, very friendly staff and waiting times are normal. What can I say. TOP. Having it close to home and never knowing it.
