29/06/2025: Great food and very nice location. We had lunch on the terrace. The only flaw is the scorching heat, the terrace should be equipped with air conditioners / climate control.

At Ristorante San Giulio you eat well, with dishes that are refined but never pretentious, such as the fresh pasta with lake fish: tasty, well-balanced and cooked to perfection. The staff is welcoming and attentive, without ever being intrusive. All in an enchanting location, overlooking the calm waters of Lake Orta. Perfect for a family lunch dedicated to relaxation and good food.

16/02/2025: I gave one star less to the food because the pasta, maltagliati with ragù (no photo) was without salt... both the pasta and the sauce 🙈
Too bad, because everything else was great. Beautiful place, kind, polite and always smiling waiters.
A very nice thing is the small bookcase in the bathroom, very useful for those who want to entertain a child
18/12/2024: Lo consiglierei a chi non ha grandi aspettative su cosa mangiare, non in cerca di tradizione gastronomica o di qualità.
Può essere comunque una buona opzione per gruppi, direi soprattutto con bambini, perché c’è tanto spazio e la vista resta comunque magnifica: tanto bella da lasciarmi un po’ perplesso sul fatto di dare quattro punti, il livello del cibo in aggiunta al prezzo medio hanno avuto però la meglio.
