20/09/2025: A refuge? Oh, but so much more. Dahu and its caretaker, Beppe, allow you to feel, taste, and touch the fine Piedmontese culture like nowhere else. The food is exquisite, the Piedmontese wines are perfect. The Dahu's vast mountain culture always makes the stopover too brief. For the past seven or eight years, I've been stopping by the Dahu.
